On 5/26/26, I returned to the clinic for the second time in 10 days for the same condition. I…read morethought it was unusual that they did not repeat the urinalysis . But, the PA said they would give me a stronger antibiotic. Two or three weeks, I received a bill from LabCorp for a urine culture. I went to the clinic to explain the situation and was directed to call their business office. Three days later, a "medical assistant" telephoned me to say she would look at my chart and get back with me. After 2 1/2 weeks without a return call, I emailed a person in management at this business office. Without a reply for two weeks, I telephoned again and left a message. Yesterday , the medical assistant telephoned me, apologizing for the delay, stating she would visit the clinic and look at my chart. Today, she telephoned me stating there was a note on my chart, indicating a urine specimen was taken and sent to the lab. I am in shock and disbelief that Coastal Urgent Care sent a specimen in my name that I DID NOT give them. Beware, if they did this to me, you could me next.

The nurses here are great. They're attentive and really spend the time to address all your…read moreconcerns. However, the long haired front receptionist is rude and never wears a mask. Both times I've come, she greets me with, "Have you been here before. License and insurance!" But the next person that comes, she says, "Hi. Can I help you?" I was told by the nurse over the weekend to come back Monday for labs and tell the front this when I came, which I was explaining. She says, "I don't care what they want. License!" Why put these kinds of people as the face of your business? Absolutely nauseating to see her pick and choose who to be kind to.

I recommend them to anyone who needs to be seen quickly and can't get into see their normal physocian. It's always a great experience when my kids or I have gone there. Not a long wait and they make sure you are on the road to recovery. Wonderful experience the PA also instructed me on how to massage the area to help it heal. It was nice not having to drive around and look for a parking spot or have to park a mile away. There's also hardly a wait time anywhere. There were enough receptionists so I didn't wait to get checked in and then I think I only waited 4 or 5 min. in the waiting area and then the mammographer came and got me. The room was very clean and she was really nice and efficient. I liked being able to get in and out.

Then a you will receive a text message on your phone with a link for you to fill in your personal information and make the payment. The nurse was sweet but she ask me lots of questions while measuring my blood pressure. I've learned that you need to be still when measuring BP. The PA was caring and sweet. She gave me a prescription for the bites and I felt a huge relief.

This place was super quick .. from the time I checked in till the time I check out my care was top notch. Thank God you can get medical attention at Lake After Hours. My entire family goes to Lake After Hours. I fell down and broke my little finger. After they X-rayed my finger, and then put the splint finger guard over my little finger, the relief from the excruciating pain was such a marvelous feeling. I don't want to be sick, but it's so nice to know they are there for me and my loved ones.
