It means you're hurting somewhere. And the actual MRI itself is such a bizarre thing. In the not-so-distant future, we will look back on this technology the same way we currently look at VCR's. Not to sound snooty about a machine that can look inside your body, but it's insanely loud and you must remain perfectly still like you're dead for it to work. Every time I go in for one, I can't believe this is still the best way to do this. However, that's the case for any MRI. And my Alliance MRI was pretty painless. I was called back before the start of my appointment and the whole process was no nonsense. A few days later, they sent the report over to my Ortho, and bonus points to Alliance, I had no tears in my achilles. I can give credit to them for that, right?

They said bring those results. I said no, he needs to look at them and not just copy what's on others. She said they have had"issues w that company but was in a hurry for my results" Then weeks later & age many calls to them, the office manager said they will not get someone else to read the MRIs again. Little did I know, their MRI machine had been broken since last week. They did not call me to tell me not to take prep. I called them 15 minutes before the procedure to tell them I might be 2 minutes late. That's when I found out that my procedure was cancelled. I DRANK A WHOLE BOTTLE OF MIRALAX IN AN HOUR TO CLEAN MY BOWELS FOR THIS AND THEY COUKD BARELY APOLOGIZE. THEY SUCK.

I have been waiting 5 days for cold and antibiotic meds and even after doing face to face with representatives I still only got part of the meds. this is not the first time it has been every prescription through them. they only refill with a new doctors visit and would only do 30 day scripts for me. no pain meds bp and diabetes meds. they charge for any paperwork you may need including medical excuses and handicap paperwork. the business side will be the failure my first doctor left because of this reason. The entire experience was great. We were able to make an appointment very quickly, we didn't have to wait too long at any point during our time here, and the people were super friendly. The woman behind the counter gave my son stuff to color while we waited, and they had a small kids table, which was really helpful for him to feel like he had a good experience (and to keep me sane). The doctor was also great - praising my son for being such an awesome patient, which probably gives him a very positive memory of going to the doctor. And most importantly, that cough disappeared almost immediately after he got on the meds! The whole experience was better than another urgent care that I've visited multiple times because it's closer to my house, but it's worth driving a little further for this one.

I decided to pay cash since they charge a 3% credit card fee and out of pocket is several hundred dollars. The first thing I noticed when I walked up is how small their waiting area is, there were 11 seats and only one was open. I figured that meant a long wait time. I was pleasantly surprised when I was called in 15 minutes later. I changed into the hospital gown and shortly after they came to get me for the MRI. I was in and out in less than an hour. The facility as a whole was clean and the personnel were all nice.

From the sweet lady at the front desk (Kristina) who made registration quick & easy, to thoughtful Nurse Rommel, who gifted us with a small teddy bear as a brave patient prize, to kind & gentle Dr. Bechtel, we were seen by quality practitioners who gave prompt attention, treating our situation with professionalism & empathy. Being an over-protective parent, we felt it better to be safe than sorry and came here after our toddler got too curious for her own good. The clinic is open 24/7, so we were thankful to arrive after 10pm with little wait. Dr. Bechtel was not dismissive about the situation but offered light humor, comfort, and reassurance. They kept our kiddo in observation with us just long enough to make sure she was okay and marked our visit as "urgent care" (versus an "emergency") to ease the financial burden. Don't want to repeat the situation any time soon, but this will be our absolute go-to if a medical emergency arises again. Highly recommend this place and appreciate the staff who took care of us that night.

My son was assessed by the nurse and then by the doctor and got an IV hydration and some pills for nausea. I mentioned that he maybe passed out or had a seizure 4 days ago. we stay there until around 5:30 AM when he was dismissed. Now I found out that the doctor decided to make an upgrade to Emergency room with no explanation about it. I was tired and under stress so I signed on their Ipad. The bill is 1,560 dollars for an IV hydration and nausea pills they also did a CT scan. he only had a stomach virus. Don't go over there unless you really need an Emergency Room

I have suffered an entire week ! Never again !
