Last month I had some very mild filler and botox which was an excellent refresh, expecially after losing a significant amount of weight over the last few years. It was just what I needed to look normal again and not so drawn out. This month I had the Xerf skin tightening laser done. I bought the 2 pack face and neck. So far I am very happy with the result but I realize that it continues to improve over time as your own collagen begins to form. The procedure was not painful at all....I wasn't sure what to expect but I trust the staff and Dr. Logani implicitly. My skin feels tighter, my pores seem smaller and I definitely notice a lift in the cheeks and neck. Can't wait for part 2! I've been going to her place for 3 years for hair removal. And it was not effective at all. My hair are light on upper legs. She has never told me that laser did not work on light hair. After 19 sessions of hair removal treatments there is almost no results. She will not tell you that laser does not work on light hair to make you keep coming and paying. She uses gel as well, and it reduces the effect for hair removal. She uses very law power on her older lasers to make it ineffective and to keep you coming back for years. After going to Brenda for 3 years there were still 90% of hair on my body growing! Unbelievable! She would lie to you and she would use low power on her machines on purpuse. I've gone to other laser hair removal place that used GentleMax Pro laser for hair removal. Only after 1 session 80% of hair are gone!!! I see such a tremendous difference after just 1 session! When I got in touch with Brenda, explined her the situation and asked for a partial refund, she became furious, started calling me names and threatening me! When we booked, we specifically requested two female therapists. We were both initially given female therapists and the massage started. The massages themselves were also extremely disappointing. There was essentially no pressure or real massage technique--my therapist mostly put oil on my back and rubbed in circles. Justin said he was experiencing basically the same thing with his massage. Then, halfway through our massages, we suddenly started hearing a man's voice in the room. We realized that my fiancés facefemale therapist had apparently been replaced by a male therapist. Nobody asked us, nobody told us, and nobody explained what was happening. We had specifically requested female therapists, so having Justin's therapist changed to a man without our knowledge or consent was incredibly uncomfortable. We were not given an explanation when we questioned it. I eventually became so upset that I got dressed and walked out. A manager came in, but we still did not receive a reasonable explanation for why this happened. This was supposed to be a relaxing birthday experience for my fiancé, and instead we left feeling uncomfortable, confused, and extremely disappointed. Staffing issues happen, but you communicate with your customers and ask before making a significant change to the service they specifically requested. Changing someone's therapist halfway through a massage without saying anything is not acceptable to us. I would not return.

She does have dogs in her home, all of which are friendly and not at all aggressive, but if you feel uncomfortable, she will put them inside a different room.With just one facial, I've made progress, which matters to me because I have a lot of blemishes! Janell is incredibly compassionate and sympathetic; she doesn't make me feel self-conscious about my skin and genuinely cares about her clients, going above and beyond to ensure we get the proper care. You can tell Janell actually cares for her clients and not only the money. When I see her for a facial, I always feel so comfortable and relaxed--well, except for the extraction bit, which nobody likes.She offers multiple methods of payment and is reasonably priced and accepts a form of payment called "affirm" which allows you to make monthly payments with little to no interest! which I believe is great and convenient considering I am a full time college student working part-time. If you're in need of a manscaping appointment in the Sherman Oaks area, I highly recommend going to Hairs Never There! with Denee. Her office is professional, clean, and she maintains the most sanitary conditions at all times. You can tell that she is very experienced with waxing sensitive areas and performs this delicate procedure with the skilled hands of a surgeon.
