Lake Burger might be the most family-friendly place on the lake. The waterpark is a big draw on its own. We got there early and avoided the crowds I imagined for a Sunday. In addition to the waterpark, the food was really good. The burgers are doubled thick patties, borderline shareable. The cheese curds were a really good appetizer. The frozen drinks start as virgin drinks and alcohol was added as a floater. That's good if the kids want a virgin pina colada. They also have local craft beer options from Bee's Knees Brewing. We were a party of 4 and was charged a 25% tip for the new breakfast buffet. That's a pretty substantial tip for a buffet that you help yourself. We visited Lake Burger with friends who had a 6 year old and 5 adults . We heard the Lazy River was new this year and thought it was the right place to go to entertain the little girl. Her mom accompanied the girl to the lazy River and then joined us at our outdoor table soon after with her daughter. I mentioned to mom that it was a short trip and mom said that the lazy River was very small. At $15/person, that seemed quite odd to me. The 6 year old wasn't impressed. It seemed like the LR was designed for infants and toddlers accompanied by a parent. Very pricey and won't recommend it to parents/ grandparents who want to take their kids for entertainment on the lake. On the other hand, the Bergers and fries were really good. We were outside in the blistering 95 temperature but they had installed ceiling fans that kept us cool. The drink menu was also good. We will go back for the Berger's but no lazy river. read more

We got there by boat about opening time and service was excellent and fast, the drink menu was awesome and the atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. I had the BLT (delicious!) Went on Labor Day for some dinner. Place wasn't very busy. Our server was super nice and she was very prompt. I had the flame thrower burger for dinner and it was yummy. The other people I was with ordered different burgers that they really enjoyed as well. We all had to get fries which I wasn't the biggest fan of. You can upgrade your side, but anything other than fries was an additional $4.99. I also wasn't of fan of them not having tap water. If you want water you have to purchase bottled water. This is super annoying when someone just wants some water to drink and we have a bunch on the boat. We had someone in the group who doesn't drink alcohol or pop, so they weren't able to have a beverage at dinner. We were also super excited about trying the boozy shakes, but the ice cream machine wasn't working. This was also disappointing, but I hope it was something out of their control. I have sworn off all three restaurants he owns. Having to pay for bottled water when I wasn't a cup of ice water really flips my trigger. If I wanted to donate to a good cause it would be one I picked. The final straw came when I asked our waitress if I could please just have a small glass of ice water. I am so happy we came here despite the mediocre reviews. The ambiance of Lake Burger is AMAZING! The service was phenomenal. My friend I drank Lake Waters, a cocktail with coconut rum, pineapple juice and blue curaçao. So yummy! We also shared the flamethrower burger with jalapeños, bacon, pepper jack cheese and a ranch drizzle. The bun was a little dry and the burger wasn't quite as juicy as I'd hoped but all of the extras made it so yummy! Like so yummy. I'm glad we shared though, otherwise we would have left in a food coma. It was raining but there were plenty of covered spots so we stayed dry. The docks are nice, you can tell they are new. The whole place was so clean, which can be hit and miss at lake restaurants and bars. There are also bags boards and a stage for live music. If I'm ever in the area I'm 100% coming back! Love this place. I just went here for the first time and both the food and drinks were awesome. I got their Veg Out Burger, which was one of the better veggie burgers I've had. Others in my party got the Flame Thrower and the Lake Burger and they enjoyed them both. I also got a Pina Colada, which I loved, but if I come back I'll definitely be trying their loaded milkshakes! Our server was very helpful and friendly and the food came out quickly. I'm only giving 4 stars because they don't provide free water so you have to buy bottled water if you want to stay hydrated. Let me say I know better than to go out on a Friday night to eat on the. Lake! Let's say this experience burned my last eating out on the Lake Card! It was so hot with NO FANS anywhere except on the ceiling on the veranda. Imagine what a Big Ass Fan would have done for the experience both inside and out! We waited 45 minutes before we got seated. Then we waited another hour in sweltering heat inside for our food! We were so starved by then we just wolfed it down when it arrived. I am sure it probably would have been good if all the other factors were not so bad! I really wanted to have. Great experience there! Venue is impressive! Had a great mid-afternoon lunch. We had brisket fries which were tasty. Good portion of brisket and fries with cheese and BBQ sauce. Waitress was very attentive to our needs getting refills of soft drinks, additional alcoholic beverages and a carry out box for the leftover fries--could be shared by more than two people. Kids had milkshakes that had gummy worms and other toppings. Had about a 20 minute wait for a party of 10. Ended up splitting into 2 tables side-by-side. I love this place. Immediately as we got there, the dock crew was super helpful. Both men were knowledgeable and nice and tied up the boat perfectly. The staff inside the restaurant were all very nice, and the atmosphere was inviting, open, totally lake-front-grille. The chocolate boozy milkshake I got was delicious and the strawberry one my girlfriend got was also very good. The bourbon burger was absolutely phenomenal and I will be back just for that burger and to have other people try it.
