Jeffrey's Prime Rib and Lobster in Osage. Folks!! Run don't walk to this gem. The ambiance, service and food was top notch!!!! The house speciality salad dressing was the best I have ever eaten. The salad was crazy fresh with warm homemade croutons. I barely was able to eat my prime rib, which was sad because it was so good. Yorkshire pudding with the steaks was a great addition. Truly not enough words to express how great this place is!!!

Med rare prime rib, lobster tail with a baked potato and nice glass of Cabernet.

Had a martini before and red wine with dinner both were really good. Family style salad with the homemade dressings and croutons was an excellent start of our meal, served on an ice cold plate was an additional nice touch. My dinner, lobster and prime rib, was amazing! The steak was cooked to perfection. Service was great also, they were very attentive, fulfilling our every need.

Came he with 4 kids 5 and under and 4 adults on the 4th of July weekend on a Saturday night and only had to wait about 30 minutes which wasn't bad. The food and service were really good and could recommend. They had some activities outside so as parents we took turns watching the kids run around outside and no one was bothered by that.

If you don't eat here you're slipping. This is the best place in the Ozarks. Mary was amazing, prime rib out of this world. I have eaten all over this country. They by far have the best Prime Rib. Cooked perfect, we will be back. Do t waste your money at Jb books or Baxters. 10/10 all day. crème brûlée and lobster bisque out of this world.

We bought a vacation house here three years ago and every time we visit we must come to Jeffrey's and bring all of our guests with us. It has the most incredible menu and Mary and Jeff are absolutely incredible. The ambience is incredible. Thank you so much for having the most incredible service!!

Experiences have always had up-and-down moments, but this time was disappointing because I really wanted it to be great. It just wasn't. The Good: The restaurant itself is gorgeous, and the waterfront ambiance is spot on. It's clearly the place to be at the lake--so good job on the venue. The Service & Atmosphere: Service was adequate, but far from fine dining. If you're charging premium prices, the service model needs to match. Having random runners drop food at the table without knowing who ordered what is diner or casual Mexican restaurant service, not an elegant dining experience. The new manager stopped by twice--a nice touch, until we actually provided constructive feedback. Instead of offering a remedy, he offered excuses about being new and didn't handle criticism well. The Food: Apps (Deviled Eggs & Tuna): Both looked like they'd been plated earlier in the day--they had an unappetizing "sheen" to them that made them look leftover rather than fresh. The flavor on the eggs was completely muted, and the tuna was equally lusterless. Salads: We split the Caesar, and our friends had the wedge. They were served without any offer of fresh pepper. When we flagged down a staff member, they brought out cheap grocery-store salt and pepper grinders. Later, we were told the new chef prefers not to offer pepper on the table. With all due respect to the chef: that's the guest's choice, not yours. (Side note: the wedge was tasty, but oddly wasn't actually cut into a wedge). Mains: The ladies had the Sea Bass--the dish that originally put this place on the map. It was okay, but not as good as it used to be; the new Asian flair and bowl presentation take away from what used to make it the star of the show. The pork chop was good and thoroughly enjoyed. My lasagna had a great portion size and good base flavor, but it was dry as jerky with practically zero sauce. The Verdict: The restaurant will continue to thrive simply because of its location and the lack of competing fine-dining options on the water. But when you're dropping $500 on dinner, you expect accountability and an outstanding meal. We won't be back anytime soon.

It's a lot of food especially after a few wings. Three corn tortilla tacos stuffed with I believe it was shredded beef and some type of Mexican cheese. It's well worth the price and you probably have a full taco left over for lunch the next day.its covered open-air seating with several TVs above the bar and some games to play in the coveted patio open space. Sadly, it was by far the most disappointing dining experience of all the times we have visited. At this most recent visit, we noticed there were not that many customers sitting inside or outside. Even though it was super hot and humid, we still opted for an outdoor table to get the full lakeside experience! Instant regret because we were all dying from dehydration and getting just water took painfully long. Our server was apologetic though so no big deal. Now onto the food. We always start with an order of cheese curds because how can you not! For my entree, I was really craving a salad. I was debating between the House salad and the Greek salad but ultimately decided on the Greek solely because the latter came with chickpeas and artichokes! Yum! We shouldn't have been surprised that the food also took forever to come out...but we were.. because again we always had good experiences.. Cheese curds came out crispy and heavenly so no complaints there! But my buddha my poor salad. The greens were overdressed and there was not a chickpea or artichoke in sight! Hello chickpea artichoke where are you?! I really didn't want to complain but it was an expensive salad so we ended up letting our server know just so she can inform the chef that some key ingredients were missing just as an FYI. Well our server later informs us that the chef didn't forget the ingredients, they just ran out but didn't bother telling anyone????? I don't know bro but that's just messed up. Especially when you still end up serving a tiny portion with missing ingredients. We paid for the check and still left a good tip because it wasn't our servers fault but what a pretty disappointing experience all around. -Sailor out

The upper level has a more upscale feel, with a beautiful dining room and an incredible covered outdoor space complete with a stage for live music. The massive windows and stunning views overlooking the peninsula make it the perfect spot to sit back, relax, and enjoy the evening. As for the food... wow. I had the crab legs, which were cooked perfectly, but can we talk about the green beans for a minute? They were ridiculously good. If licking the bowl in public wasn't frowned upon, I might have considered it. Colin ordered the salmon, which was absolutely beautiful and served with rice pilaf. Chris went with the crab-crusted walleye, and it was cooked to perfection. Emma Grace chose the giant pretzel, and giant is an understatement, it was the size of a dinner plate! It came with an assortment of charcuterie-style accompaniments that were fantastic all on their own. Then came dessert, and somehow things got even better. The bread pudding was hands-down one of the best I've ever had. I don't eat bread pudding often, but this one may have ruined all future bread puddings for me. We also shared the cheesecake and cookie skillet, and every bite was delicious. To top it all off, our waitress Makayla was absolutely wonderful and made the entire experience even better. Great food, beautiful views, amazing service, and a fantastic atmosphere. Encore knocked it out of the park. We'll definitely be making a return trip next summer!
