While talking to the manager, I mentioned I tried a capacitor that was a different size which didn't work so I figured I needed to buy the right size and asked her if that could have been the problem with the one I had bought. She said the size shouldn't matter and that there was something else wrong with the heat pump, and that she could have a technician come to our house later this morning. The technician arrived, replaced our compactor which took approximately 5 minutes and waited an additional 20 minutes to make sure it continued to work. This $55 capacitor which my husband had intended to purchase ended up costing us over $400 for a 5 minute job. What a rip off!!!!

I asked when the excavator could be delivered, the answer was, "Well, we gotta close and load up, so we'll meet you up there in a couple of hours. That's the customer service a "Mom and Pop" store is willing to give you. I called Mill Bay Marine Monday morning and they said if I could be there at 2PM Aaron would take a quick look at our boat to see what the issue was. Aaron (shop manager) was awesome. Supper nice and helpful. Boat could not be completely repaired in time for our vacation due to lack of part availability. However, Aaron was able to provide a temporary solution that was safe and reliable that same day. His goal was to get us a working boat for our vacation. And he did that. In fact, Aaron and Frazier stayed about 90 mins (maybe more) after closing time to get us operational. They were slammed with work but were still so nice, genuine, and honest... and staying late to help ensure we had our boat during our vacation was over the top. Thank you Aaron and Frazier!! This was my first post office stop in Okanogan county. I drove the brief four hours to get here and…read morethe sun was just rising. This is a basic post office with no automated postal center. The parking lot is quite larger and easy to get in and out. Oddly enough the people that work here are really really nice even if this post office seems like it's out in the middle of no where. I do remember that there is a McDonald's across the street since I stopped there to grab a coffee to help jumpstart my journey for the day. Overall this office is very nice and it reminds me of the Lyle Post Office ...without the wind of the Gorge blowin up your skirt....or britches if you don't have a skirt.
