This RV resort is so well managed! The strict rules regarding 5 mph, safety-coded gate and quiet hours make it feel safe and peaceful. It's beautiful! The brunch on Saturday is amazing! We love sitting by the lake watching people fish and the cute ducks. It is surrounded by a forest. read more

I remember camping here as a child and I LOVED it. Nothing beats swimming in a pool, dipping toes in a lake, fishing, grilling food over an open fire, functioning electricity and all else that is included with what I consider to be the perfect camping trip. I recently came here for a day trip with family and I was overcame with nostalgia overload. The park looked the same as it did 20 years ago: serene, clean, and renovated! If you're looking for a camp spot not too far from Seattle yet far enough to just get away from the hustle and bustle of city life, Lake Connor is just a skip away. Good enough for camping if you're not ready to really "rough it" in the wild, this place offers daily cooked breakfasts, a swimming pool, and the clean bathrooms will not give you the anxiety you feel when thinking about outhouses. Everyone is really friendly and yes, most of the folks here are of retirement age. This means no drunk and wild parties until 3am! Not too far from Lake Stevens, Lake Connor is a great spot to enjoy the scenery and get you in touch with nature. read more

Fun little park! Amazing for summer BBQ's, short over-nighters, and campfire story-time. We have two spots here that side-by-side and we love spending our beautiful PNW weekends here! I really like most things about the LCP, and they are constantly working on upkeep. But, the staff can sometimes be a bit stuffy and cranky, and some of their park rules seem a bit over-the-top at times. Plus, as others have mentioned, the roads are small, some of the spots are really close together (which is why we luckily ended up with two spots next to each other) and their wannabe life-guards at the pool seem to act more like mall cops. Either way, we will continue to keep our residence because the good definitely outweighs the bad! read more

The management here is the worst possible ever, friendly at first but talk anything about park rules or money and they turn into complete jerks. The management, every single one of them, are on a power trip. I thought they had a stick up their whole but it turns out it's not a stick, it's a freaking Douglass fir up their butts. They think they are the judge, jury and executioner of whatever rules they feel like they want to enforce. I've been coming here for over 20 years and have been an owner here for years too and can't wait to get out of this terrible park and association. The management is crap and unreasonable, especially Lynne, the park "manager" should be named Karen in my opinion. DO NOT BUY A LOT HERE. if you already own one, plan to sell it because you don't want to be under the power tripping staff here, they are absolute jerks. Robert, Lynne and others, I will add names, are completely unreasonable and jerks. Buy a lot at the Gold bar place or at Port Susan, just pass up Lake Connor, unless you like to get jerked around. They were cool when I first bought my property but after they collected their sales commission, they turned into complete jerks. Also, the park is not in great condition, the trails are not maintained and roads are full of pot holes. read more

(as a paying member I had to make a second account to leave this review as Alan Rice took it upon himself to block me from the group I help pay to maintain, Alan if you read this the good news is even when you block this account my review is FOREVER) The elected board SPECIFICALLY ALAN RICE, is running this park as if they're dictators and this is their little 3rd world country to CONTROL! I am a paying member of LCP and I have has been BLOCKED from access to the Lake Connor Park Facebook page because I DISSENTED POLITELY to their decision to close the park INDEFINITELY, while keeping the staff on FULL TIME and charging full dues. You'll see managements post filled with LIES to justify their closing of OUR park. Lake Connor Park is the ONLY PRIVATE CAMPGROUND in Washington state that is still closed to its members, But Alan Rice and the rest of the board would like to feed you lies to keep everyone quiet so they can still collect a paycheck, while not actually having to do anything, so disgusting that a place we love is Ran by such incompetent, uneducated people! We had a spot out here for several years when I was a kid and I always remember fond times. I was super happy to go here with a friend recently who has a spot. This place is nice and makes me want to buy a spot! The roads are super well maintained, and the bathrooms have normal toilets :) and are clean too. I loved the lake! I took my little pontoon boat out on it and had a great time and also chilled out on the dock. I think they should scrub the dock down here and there as it was pretty gross with fowl poop :( But that's my only complaint!! read more

Lake Connor residents and members! What will it cost you?!? Will you be fined next? Chucks Mobile RV service has been a valued and trusted service provider to Lake Connor Park and its residents for over 25 years. Chuck values your business and patronage, and has been happy to provide quality work for two and a half decades! As some of you may know, and for others not privy to this situation, Chuck was recently called out to work on a member's RV to which it was determined that the park had a faulty circuit breaker at the power pole, chuck fixed the residents power outage at the source of the problem and then collected his fee and left. Chuck has had an access card to this park for his entirety of working history at this park & other parks in the area. Chuck was accused of tampering with the power box. The member that had retained his service was fined, and frankly bullied by the park management when he addressed the issue and bill with Lynn. Chuck then discovered that his access card had been disabled. When he addressed this with park management, he was told he too was fined for tampering with the power source and his fine of several hundred dollars, which must be paid for him to have his access reinstated. This blatant abuse of power is frankly, unacceptable. Chuck Fixed the problem! The park maintenance man was unable to diagnose the issue, because he is not a RV technician, he is the park maintenance man. Chuck did not cause harm or damage to any park property. He did not tamper with or misuse any park property. as most of you know, Chuck is professional, honest, has integrity, and more knowledge & education in the RV Industry than many others in the NW. He treats each park with the most respect, as he does to all his clients. We as MEMBERS we are losing one of the BEST RV REPAIR TECHS, IF WE DON"T VOICE OUR RIGHTS TO HAVE HIS CARD REINSTATED! Love the place! My in-laws have been snowbirds, returning to Lake Connor Park every summer for the past 23 years. Our kids spent their summers here, safely riding their bikes on the dirt roads. We are super lucky to have two family lots next to each other with an RV on one lot and mom and dad's park model on the other lot. Overall, LCP has a real camp feel of summers gone by. It's nice and chill here. We've always felt very safe and when the kids were young, we felt comfortable letting them roam and explore. Lynne and the employees are responsive and helpful. They advocate for the residents. Also, a BIG rave to the activities organizers. There's always something going on here. The outdoor summer music concerts are a big hit--the first outdoor activities we attended after COVID restrictions lifted. The first concert was a Santana cover band and everyone was so happy to get outside and have fun in the big grassy field, with plenty of room to gather and celebrate. We were all so ready to dance and be normal! Have huge affection for LCP. read more

My favorite summer place. We have owned a lot there for 9 years and spend most summer weekends at LCP. Every weekend there are activities like BBQ's, swimming, dances with live bands, golf cart parades, scavenger hunts, parties, poker runs, the amazing race, a fishing derby. Kids day with pony rides -clowns-bouncy houses etc......... Over the years we have made many friends and spend many wonderful evening chatting by the fire. Oh yes, did I mention bon fires in the evening roasting marshmallows and hot dogs? When you buy a lot you pay dues quarterly of about $100 a month. Makes it pretty cheap to store your RV. You can actually live at LCP for 6 months which makes it very attractive for snowbirds. Come check it out. read more

We bought our spot at LCP so that we would always have a camping spot available to bring our kids and grandkids to. We now spend almost every weekend up there! The activities are a blast and way too many to mention here, but something for everyone. We are making incredible memories with our grandkids. They absolutely LOVE LCP. This place is great, can't underestimate such a place as lake Connor park. Pools, playgrounds, trails, events & clubhouse activities fun all summer long. We've been going here for 15 years, every year gets better. Buying a lot is definitely worth it for your family or if you're a snowbird. One of our favorite aspects is that it is so quiet due to the old growth trees. Drowns out all of the noise from fireworks on the 4th of July that our autistic son has a hard time with. Also a great getaway for vets with PTSD avoiding noise. I feel very fortunate to only live 20 minutes away, I'd happily drive hundreds of miles to find a place like this! read more

My wife and I have been members since 1999 and absolutley love this place!! Fun summer activities are planned for children and adults every weekend for those who wish to participate. The park has 3 Clubhouses, multiple bathhouses that are well kept and always clean, 2 swimming pools, tennis courts, horseshoe pits, hiking trails, and of course there's the lake which is stocked each spring for summer fishing. Lake Connor Park is like any other community; there are always elements of good and bad. Without Bylaws and penalties for non-compliance which are very clearly published, often reviewed by the Board of Directors and occasionally amended based on the votes of LCP members, the experience could otherwise be ruined for all by a select few. Quarterly dues are nominal compared to other facilities and the park is constantly making upgrades and improvements. There are a variety of lot types & sizes to choose from (some have septic systems), but if you want more space between you & your neighbors, you have to pay more for that convenience. To avoid fines, simply take care of your trailer & property, don't leave campfires unattended, and be sure to comply with the speed limit. This is a family-friendly place that is affordable and keeps improving with time. We love the convenience of being "camp ready" when we pull into our lot because we have power, water, electricity and all the conveniences that a fully stocked 40' Park Model Trailer has to offer! read more

Members who are already paying maintence should be treated better. LCP works for me but there are many aggravations. Roads are small. Lots are too close together. Rules and fees are outrageous. Makes an ok storage facility if you don't mind leaves, sap, and a myriad of fines and fees. read more

My kids love this place! Every weekend and all summer long they are kids, like when I was young, They are outside and disconnected from all of the electronics!
