You will be charged weekly fees that are not explained at the time of purchase making your tire purchase exponentially more expensive. They don't charge interest for financing the tires but they do charge some absurd "insurance" and "taxes" on a weekly basis that conveniently workout about the same as if you were paying interest. At best they are disingenuous in advertising 6 months same as cash but I believe the truth is that RNR makes their money misleading people about the cost of their product and the nature of their services. Most other tire shops offer the same or similar financing options without the added scam that RNR tries to pull, I'd recommend going literally anywhere else for your automotive needs. As of today I have paid over 900 dollars for 2 tires for a 2015 Honda accord, don't make the same mistake.

The store is very clean and is staged very well. I could easily drop several thousand dollars there. We talked to an employee and got an estimate for the lift. She gave us a website where we could browse wheels based off of the bolt pattern, size of wheel and offset. This was very helpful, because it allowed us to see all available options for our truck at once - rather than going into each tire to see if there was an option for our truck. Once we decided on the wheels, we returned to the shop to get help with the tires, and make an appointment. A different employee helped us with the tires. He gave us several options, and we chose the tire for the look/functionality we wanted. We were asked to put a $200 deposit down, which was more than fair. They got us scheduled for the next week. I dropped the truck off the night before using their convenient key drop box. My truck was originally supposed to be completed the next day, but they ended up having to keep it an extra night for the alignment. We didn't find this out until we called to make sure the truck was ready to be picked up. I am very happy with the way my truck turned out. No complaints there. I previously used another 4 wheel shop to have my Jeep modified, but they recently closed, which is how I landed at 4 Wheel Concepts. My only gripe is the customer service. Only one employee had good customer service skills. She made us feel like she wanted us to spend our money there. The other staff we have dealt with, including the owner, come across as indifferent. Several times the owner interrupted the staff who were helping us, without even acknowledging us, on multiple visits. I am old fashioned, but it is sure is easier to spend thousands of dollars in a store that makes you feel like they appreciate your business. So my verdict, go there for quality products/work, but do so understanding they aren't going to go out of their way to make you feel welcome or appreciated as a customer.

I took my car in for a routine oil change. They called me and asked me if they can change my air…read morefilter and update something. I'm not quite sure but they said it was good for my car. And only cost $15 to upgrade. Sure, I thought. When I picked up my car, I noticed air was blowing through my windshield very loudly so I thought my AC was on. I look at my dashboard and my AC was not on. It was just blowing hot air. So then I turned my AC on and it was blowing really cold air. cold enough to make turn off my AC. My car then blow hot air. Now if I don't have my AC on, my car will just blow hot air. When I called FIrestone to ask if something was left turned on, they said they can inspect it for $75. They did not take any responsibility for doing something to my car and now they want to charge me just to look at work that they did. My gas tank is going fast now and I have to have my AC on or my car will just blow hot air. DO NOT recommend taking your car to Firestone auto care. I will never take my car there again. Please save yourself.

When I called to find out if it was covered under warranty, I was left on hold for 25 minutes, only to have to call back later in the day. When I finally got in touch with someone, I was told that the warranty expired after one year...no exceptions. Save yourself time, money, and the hassle...avoid Big O's. They don't see customers...they see dollar signs.

I called about 5 hours later to check the status and was told oil change had been completed and waiting to check brakes. A few minutes later I was contacted that my car was ready with no problems found. He explained that there was over 60% of the pads left in the front and 80% on the rear. That would be fantastic news if the brakes didn't grind! They test drove and couldn't duplicate the problem. The problem did continue for me driving home. I appreciate they didn't want to do work that wasn't necessary, but service advisor did not care to listen to what I thought might possibly cause the noise. I explained my car had previously been in an accident and had front suspension parts replaced. I suggested it might possibly be a loose pad or calipers loose or hanging up but he blew it off as a sensor. I didn't get the feeling that my problem was worth looking at beyond checking the pads for thickness and diagnosis fee. I basically was charged 204.00 for an oil change including their 3.5% credit card use included. After using my debit card I noticed the fee so changed and wrote a check for 197.00. Maybe it's me, a little confusing thinking debit card is the same as cash (most places). They did however only refund 197.00 of the 204.00 charged. So we are back to 204.00 for an oil change (to be fair, I got my preferred oil) and to be told my brakes are great. I have had people recommend your shop to me in the past and decided to give your shop a try with my brakes issue, but will never recommend or be back. Enjoy your 7 bucks credit card fee you kept, it will give me enjoyment in telling everyone I can of my experience and waste of time and money using your business. Update: I did reach out to Doug, but after emailing back and forth I am unsure he understands my frustrations of getting my brake problem blown off. It was my understanding I was paying for a true evaluation of what is causing the grinding noise. What I received is a free tire store look at the remaining brake pads. My option is they just don't care to do anything beyond the quick and easy $$, or care to listen to their customers. I never plan to return, trust is gone.

I was able to get it off the road, and needed to find a shop to fix it. However, it was Sunday and Harley is closed, so my options were slim. Luckily, Cycle Gear was open, and they were 1.5 miles away. I spoke with John on the phone, and although they couldn't change the tire (they don't work on bikes), he would allow me to work on it outside their shop. I got the bike towed to their shop and was able to find the screw in the tire. I plugged the hole, but the tire had popped the bead and wouldn't hold a seal. I was dead in the water. John called the manager, and they allowed me to leave my bike in the back of their shop, until I could get it to Harley the next day. Awesome! The next day, Harley came and got my bike and got me on the road. Cycle Gear didn't have to help me the way they did. John even helped with trying to get the screw out in 100-degree heat! These guys were a class act. They never once gave me any grief about leaving my bike in the shop overnight and were patient with me the next day. In a time where it seems that customer service is dead, Cycle Gear in Rodgers, AR restores my faith in people. Even though all I bought was a tire plug kit, they really went above and beyond in helping me. If it wasn't for them, I might still be on the side of the road. These guys will forever have my gratitude! If you are ever in Rodgers, AR shopping for bike gear, PLEASE go check them out. They have a ton of great gear, but most importantly, they are GREAT people.
