We were In and out in about one hour as the tech could not locate any issues. We received an invoice for $467.88. The details of the invoice were as follows: 1. Ran pre-trip and unit passed. 2. Watched unit for a while and checked cooling system data. 3. Unit runs and cools fine. 4. Assigned two technicians to the job. I spoke with Sean the service manager. Todd advises this work took about three hours. Upon disputing the invoice, Todd threatened to put a mechanics lien on our equipment. It is a shame how folks will try and take advantage of us O/O. My husband called 4 State and ask if they would be able to repair the back door. They said bring it on out and they would take a look at it and try to get us taken care of the same day. When I arrived they had several customers. The staff we great and let me know it would be just a little bit. They not only fixed our immediate issue but also a few other items. So during Covid, we, like many others, decided to buy a travel trailer. Wheels was a carrier of the…read morebrand we wanted. We had to order and wait several weeks, but the process was pretty streamlined. When we went to pick it up, financing was simple. We've had our camper 4 years this May 2025, and it's been great. We have a lifetime warranty if we keep up yearly inspections at Wheels, so we go once a year in April and pay the $200 for inspection. Unfortunately, nothing that we've had to repair has ever been covered by the warranty, so I think it's probably a gimmick to get us to keep up yearly inspections. But at least we know what condition our camper is in. We may decide the yearly inspections aren't worth it soon. But wheels is usually very nice and accommodating when we schedule. If you're in the market for a camper, we did have a good experience at Wheels RV. And we love NW Arkansas.

When he picked up the van an employee told him it would be an amount that was over $100 more than the original quote! Also, he didn't notice the step board was sloped down at a slight angle when he got into the driver's seat. When he was exiting the van, he strained his knee because of this. The passenger side's step board was level as it should be.

We rented a unit while remodeling our 42' 5th wheel which is home for us. Came and went every few days, no problems..until the day we showed up to move everything out. I popped open the door to find roaches everywhere. I mean, everywhere. Inside, in everything, outside in all of the 2nd floor hallways, in empty units that weren't locked; everywhere. Everything was clean just days before! They gave us a tarp to cover our unit, we bombed, they sprayed, a whopping four died near the door, and I still lost more than half of everything we owned because no way could we move infested stuff into our RV. TVs, an $800 camera, tons of clothes, homeschool supplies, etc. It was devastating. I get it can happen and they can't control everything but I couldn't just not say something. Beware I guess. At least the refunded our rent :( Three stars for effort and because they were clean at one point. But still only three because...wow, that's a serious infestation.
