We…read moreheard they had been very full lately and we were considering kittens because I had never raised an animal from an early stage. My only pet was a grown cat who adopted us. We fell in love with our kittens on our first visit, but they were not old enough to go home with us. Euclid Animal Shelter was so great, they let us visit them every weekend until we could take them home. They allowed us to put a deposit down to save them for us. One of babies was staying with a foster parent, so they even coordinated with her to come and visit with us when we were there. It was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. It was also the most affordable pet adoption I've ever heard of it, and it included their future neutering procedure. When I was leaving, they even gave me a little treat bag with a blanket, toys, and some food for our new family members. We could not be more thrilled with everyone and everything. The kittens are now home and they made themselves right at home right away. They were not scared or skittish like I expected. I can tell they were well taken care of for us! I will recommend them forever!!

I was encouraged to play with the fur babies. And when we decided on a bonded pair of senior brothers who look more bovine than feline, WE were the ones treated like rock stars. Being able to get nearly all the essentials there with a teeny-tiny price tag was a sigh of relief and that money goes back into the shelter, too. If you or your charges have sensory issues, I would recommend ear protection as it does get loud, but that's just par for the course at nearly all shelters. This place is the real deal!

She was a true blessing. After meeting her and introducing her to my Roxy, who warmed up to her right away, I booked her to watch Roxy during a recent business trip. Out of genuine concern, I asked Jaden if she was okay and whether she had been fired. Instead of responding professionally, he told me to "shut up and mind my business," then continued the transaction. After completing my purchase, Jaden immediately walked into the office and spoke with a woman I assumed was a manager. They both laughed while looking directly at me, which made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. As I waited for the dog wash to become available and browsed for dog food, I overheard Jaden discussing the interaction with another employee, seemingly portraying the situation as though I had done something wrong simply for expressing concern about a coworker. I found the entire experience unprofessional and disrespectful. There is never an appropriate reason for an employee to tell a customer to "shut up and mind your business," especially when the question was asked out of concern for another person. I hope management reviews this incident and addresses it appropriately so future customers are treated with the courtesy and respect they deserve.

We got her on one of the puppy plans that covered the cost of her spay and shots. I think it was $60 a month for the first year? Well worth it considering the spay alone and anesthesia and shots would've been more out of pocket. The puppy plan also covered any appointments she needed. It's a good insurance policy. If they think your pet does have an emergency situation they usually will recommend going to a pet hospital nearby. They close around 5 usually so anything after that you'll have to check around for a hospital. On the app they have an online person you can talk to with questions. The app is also really nice to have it shows all vaccinations, appts., etc. After every appt they call you to make sure your pet is doing okay and will tell you to call with any questions. This is really comforting. Sonja, Dawn, and Dr. Raji are the best!! Always so friendly and willing to help in any way they can to care for your pet. The only thing that I recommend is calling for your appointments. They got a new booking system so the app isn't always accurate. Thank you BanfieldPetHospital for taking care of my Emmy. She loves going to the vet lol!

Unfortunately, we did not have the same comforting experience. Dr. Parker was not unkind, but we certainly didn't connect with her glowing testimonials on the website. All 5 of us present, found her to be competent, but clinical and a bit rushed. Maybe she was having a bad day, but we certainly weren't left with the same feeling of empathy as the first experience.

Lindsey helped my dog, Leela, and I work through these issues and addressed some basic obedience issues. Leela made such great progress we ended up adopting my step-daughter's 15 lb chihuahua mix. The dogs get along fine with no signs of aggression and none of this would have been possible if not for Lindsey. Lindsey has extensive experience with all aspects of dogs and she is one of a kind, a true gem. Her experience and knowledge, and personalized training was well worth the expense. I would highly recommend Lindsey as a personal dog trainer!
