The woman recoiled like I put a hex on her. Thankfully, the manager stepped in and I was well taken care of. He took time to point out bike route options and sections to avoid. The map was helpful as the trails are very local and not necessarily found on trail sites. If I dealt solely with the manger it would be five stars. First hour is $20 and a few dollars more per hour, or a daily rate option.

I was thinking of getting the 12 pack too as we still wanted some beer, which was brought up by another coworker. The lady behind the counter was frustrated (which I get), but not working with us and we were just sharing when we initially grabbed out the beer how it happened. I was going to pay but she refused to allow me to pay. We were told that we had to ask for them to grab the beer, but I can't help when the bottom shelf was super packed and no room to grab out any of the beers. We weren't allowed to buy anything as it was a combo group of people, even though the coworker said I was fine to pay. Very frustrating as we were trying to make it right but also needing to share the scenario of how it occurred. Sad that this happened and couldn't have been made right.

You can decide which level you need for the hill. As long as you pedal, the bike will assist you when you have the battery turned on. You control your own descent with the usual gear and your handbrakes. I thought our instructions from the guy at rebel Sports was excellent, and he told us some great paths to take. They gave us helmets and a bike lock. I had a bungee that held my water bottle perfectly. The customer service was great. All of us were wearing masks while checking out and returning the bike. Located on Main Street in the Frisco Pedestrian promenade, it's really convenient. You can also enjoy food and drinks in the area when you get back! This bike ride was my husband Joe C.'s idea, and he knocked it out of the park! Fun day and nobody cried....and by nobody, I mean me.

They saved our paperwork for the whole week and we just walked in and grabbed our stuff most days. I recommend booking online. It's 30% less, we learned that the hard way for the first couple days when we didn't realize it. After that, we were golden. We would definitely rent from them again.
