I had to pay $400 for 4-months of gas usage. I had to pay more than $200 in electric bills for 4 months. After accomplishing this I rented it in less than a week. I still don't understand.

I ended up buying a home in the area a few months later listed through a different agency. I have multiple friends in Crestline that have also had the misfortune of having to deal with San Moritz Realty. My experience is not unique. I honestly feel sorry for these folks at San Moritz Realty because it seems like they have miserable lives based on the way they treat people. I hope they get the therapy they need. It doesn't feel good writing a review this negative but others need to be warned. This agency has a horrible reputation around town and I feel compelled to share this to good people who take interest in moving to Crestline.
