Finally, we made the decision to change management this summer after we completed a remodel. I found Leanne in a Big Bear FB group online along with several other PMs who responded to a post I made about looking for new management. Leanne was the only one who provided helpful, tangible information when she reached out to me. We spoke and then I decided she and SkyHigh cabins would be our new managers. The onboarding process was smooth and detailed. They are extremely professional and walked me through the different stages of getting ready to "go live" on the various platforms they use. It took about 6 weeks to get everything completely switched over. But when we did go live in mid-October 2025, all I can say is WOW!! We've had 12 reservations made in just over a week's time! We didn't have 12 reservations in the last year total with the old company, so this has been very, very exciting for us. Aside from all of that, Leanne, Jennifer and their team are very communicative and helpful. If you are looking for new management, I cannot recommend them enough.
