They take care of the property, charge reasonable rent, and are responsive to tenant's needs. Obviously, I'm allowed to park in our parking lot since I'm a paying tenant, not some random ultra-entitled person trying to park on private property and mad about not getting away with it. So I can't speak to that issue . But if you're looking for office space, not free public parking, consider Core Property.
