Art spent so much time with us explaining the ebike world to us and making sure we made an informed decision with test rides and answering all our questions. Before we left he made sure everything was fit and working properly to our satisfaction and patiently making changes to our needs. I feel confident Art and Shelly will continue to support our purchase above and beyond should we have any future problems or repairs. Our maiden trip was 18 miles on some hill country that I certainly would not have entertained on my mountain bike. The plan worked great: got off the train at Beverly Shores, grabbed some snacks, rented some bikes. They even found us one with a basket to carry our supplies, and recommended a nice loop to the Century of Progress Houses nearby, which was easy to do in the way to the State Park. On the return, I screwed up and didn't allow enough time to get back to meet the train. I turned in my bike, but my son got to the train platform just as it was time to leave. I ended up leaving his bike on the platform and calling the store to come get it, and they covered for my bonehead move. In short, they went above and beyond what I expected. We had a great time, apart from having to rush back, but that was all my fault. Highly recommend.

I called several times in December of 2023 and then in early January 2024 to get an update, but no one answered or returned my calls. When I finally was able to get ahold of someone, I was told that they did not see my order and had to talk with the owner, and I would get a call back. After months of continuous phone calls, I learned that my order was never placed. My insurance changed at the beginning of 2024 and now Beautifully Unique is out of network. I am now being told that because my new insurance is out of network, I will now be responsible for payment (which is the equivalent of thousands of dollars), and they can no longer help me. This is very frustrating because it is now August of 2024, and I have been getting the runaround for almost 9mo. Her poor business management is going to cost me thousands of dollars and countless hours of making phone calls and time now driving to a different city to find services. The owner of this business will NEVER know how much her careless neglect to do her job has costed me. Given what I have gone through since walking into their office back in October of 2023, I would NOT recommend this business to anyone. It wasn't enough of a traumatic event to have both of my breasts removed to prevent cancer but to then be treated with such disrespect and callous deception by the only place within 60 miles that does what she does....Shame on her!!
