Some of this review is 100% true, what definitely happened, some other parts I am just speculating…read more I hope I'm wrong on the parts I'm speculating with, but in case I'm not, I think leaving this review may be helpful to others. We booked a Party Bus for 30+ kids a month out from Prom. The price was good and everything seemed fine. The night before the prom, we were called and told the bus had been in a bad accident (hit by a drunk driver was the claim), and may not be available, but we were quickly told we could get our money back. (That seemed an odd thing to emphasize, of course we could get our money back on payment for a service that wasn't given.) Also, we were told they had good contacts with other companies in the area and could help us find a replacement if necessary. To shorten up a long and frustrating day, it was very tough to talk with someone and to get a final word on the condition of their bus, and they did nothing to help us find another company. We did manage to put together something for the kids, but not with any help from the Party Bus. A number of the other companies we called told us the likely true story was that they had found someone else they could rent the bus to for a higher price than we paid, so they canceled on us. This is my biggest speculation in this review, and I hope it's not true, but it would line up with our experience. I asked the Party Bus for a number of the police report from the accident, and they told me they weren't sure if a police report had been filed. We did eventually get our money back, but it took two weeks and us filing a dispute with our credit card company. During this time, the Party Bus told us our charge had been credited, but our credit card company told me they didn't have anything on their end and I should dispute the charges. I don't know what really happened here, but after our experience I wasn't inclined to believe much of what they said. We have had excellent experiences with other transportation companies in town, but this experience was horrible!

I had a very concerning experience this morning around 7:50 a.m. on SR-528 West involving one of…read moreyour company vans. There was a serious accident on the right shoulder, and as required by Florida's Move Over Law, traffic was moving into the left lane to provide emergency responders with proper clearance. I activated my turn signal well in advance and had sufficient space to safely merge into the left lane, just as other vehicles were doing. Instead of allowing me to merge, the driver of your company van continued accelerating toward my vehicle and nearly rear ended me. He repeatedly blew his horn even though my turn signal had been on and I was legally moving over. I even had to roll down my window to signal that I was complying with the law and safely changing lanes. After passing the accident scene, I moved back into the right lane. Your driver then accelerated aggressively, passing me while traveling at what appeared to be an excessive speed. Throughout the remainder of the drive toward Cape Canaveral, the driver continued following other vehicles too closely and driving at a speed that appeared unsafe. This isn't simply about being frustrated. The driver's actions created a dangerous situation that could have resulted in a rear end collision while motorists were attempting to comply with Florida law and protect emergency personnel at the scene of an accident. I respectfully ask that you investigate this incident and speak with the driver about safe driving practices, including Florida's Move Over Law, proper following distance, and allowing other motorists to merge safely. If necessary, I believe the driver would benefit from remedial driver safety training. Safety should always take priority over arriving at a destination a few minutes sooner.
