No waiting, no confusion, no hassles! just pure luxury and professionalism. Ben was absolutely AMAZING from the very beginning. He handled the booking process, communicated clearly, and made sure everything was set up perfectly even with less than 24 hours notice for a large party. That alone deserves recognition because not everyone can pull that off so effortlessly. And Fabian; our driver was just as incredible! He was professional, patient, and made sure we were all comfortable the entire ride. You could tell he takes pride in what he does. Everything was smooth, safe, and on point from start to finish. Now let's talk about the ride because WOW. We were picked up in an all-black Mercedes Sprinter van with leather seats, and it was CLEAN, spacious, and gave luxury all the way. After a long travel day, being able to sit back, relax, and ride in comfort with the kids was everything we needed. And yes, we were able to connect our Bluetooth and play our own music, which just set the vibe for the entire ride! And if that wasn't enough, I even forgot my daughter's iPad in the vehicle (mom brain is real especially after traveling ), and they made sure it was returned to me safely. That level of honesty and care meant so much to me and just confirmed I made the right choice. We rode in clean and new black SUV's and the chauffeurs who met us at the baggage claim with a sign, and they helped with luggage which was essential at 11pm because we had 7 people in two different areas of the resort. I tipped extra for that assistance. One of us caught Covid in Disney World and we had to extend the trip until it was safe and they were able to squeeze us in on a trip back to the airport. The owner I spoke to is Belenskey. I'd characterize him as very professional and reliable. I relayed the flight info to him and his staff and they were there on time. If I could give him 10 stars I would!! On the pick-up, we had Belenskey himself. My granddaughters lovvvvvvvvvved his car - it had the whole inside ceiling decked out in twinkle lights - what a great feast for their eyes as they started their Disney World adventure. He was punctual, car was impeccably clean, such a nice man and great driver. On the way back, we were picked up by Marlon. We were "stranded" at Disney Springs trying to desperately get back to the Dolphin Hotel for our 4:15 pickup. All week we had waited no more than 10 minutes for the bus but whatever reason this day, after 35 minutes, the bus still hadn't arrived. But no worries, Marlon to the rescue! He swooped by the bus pick up, got us, and took us back to the hotel to retrieve our luggage before heading back to the airport for our return flight. Marlon was just as professional, friendly & great driver too! The whole trip was worth every penny! I loved that his cost includes all taxes, fees & gratuity. Very straight forward billing. After I booked, they sent me an email confirmation stating that I needed to pay by the day before. After I paid, I received an email confirmation. On arrival day, our driver texted me to let me know he was waiting & greeted us in baggage claim with a sign. He helped us with our luggage & was very friendly.
