After using them many times with success, ordered two dozen roses that were delivered in a vase much too small/short resulting in the full arrangement "failing" on the counter after being delivered. This place was a disappointment. My family and I spent just about $1000 for all our arrangements from here. When it was delivered, some of our flowers were burnt from the high heat in the car. We asked for replacements of those and the guy said he would come back to replace but never did. The arrangements were dripping with water all over the floor as well. None of the arrangements were like the photos (like the one shared on here). I did not get a chance to take a picture of all them as there were 7 in total. I recently placed an order for same day delivery. Apparently, the driver was unsuccessful at the first attempt to deliver because the recipient was not home. However, I did not receive any notifications that delivery was unsuccessful (phone call or email). I called the next day to follow up and spoke with a rep that became impatient by my follow up questions, he was brave enough to raise his voice at me and spoke rudely to me followed by and hanging up. I was surprised as I believed that this is a reputable company, hence I placed my order here. I called again and was able to pass on my customer feedback to the general manager who sounded helpful and assured me that the flowers will be delivered on Sunday, as the driver will attempt delivery a second time. Well, still no flowers or a follow up. I paid more than 100 dollars for the arrangement and this company did not follow through to deliver the services I paid for. I am highly disappointed because this was for my friend's bday. Moreover, I chose this service and company because I thought they were a reputable business, but I was wrong! No flowers, Disrespected, and No Resolution! I will be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint today! I also plan to be in touch with the owner/ corporate representative of this business. read more

I highly discourage any online ordering from this inexperienced company. I needed delivery to Arizona on May 8. After my mother calls saying nothing was delivered, I emailed twice and did not get a response until yesterday! They never processed the order because they suspected fraud due to my email address and Paypal user name. They never once gave me cause to think there was an issue. They lied about ever calling me. If I had known there was a problem, I still would have had time to order from somewhere else! I demanded them to refund my payment, and still nothing! Had to file a PayPal dispute. If they don't return my funds by today, I will be reporting them for fraud and theft! UPDATE It took this review to get a refund! But they kept $6.99??? For what?!!! I placed an order for delivery as a surprise. Website seemed easy to navigate and I felt confident with everything. Well I wake up to an email that they were delivered and received, called my friend to see how they felt about their surprise and they didn't know what I was referring to. I call the florist and they say that the deliver driver delivered it to a neighbor. After asking a few questions, turns out they delivered it to a random house on the street, not even the apartment building that the address is for. They instructed me to have my friend go walk out in the cold and find their flowers. No way! They then had the manager call me so we could figure out next steps. Instead of being helpful, the manager was surprisingly rude to me and blamed me for the whole thing even though she admitted it was delivered to the wrong address. I was so willing to figure out any solution that would be convenient for them but she was just mad I existed, it was so odd to be met with such anger when I was being so calm and understanding. She then informed me that these flowers were in a bucket, not in a vase. She told me that I should learn to read and that it was stated on the website, but after I learned how to read and went back on the website, it didn't specifically say that it would be in a bucket. I understand that maybe getting 25 stems of an item may be considered bulk and now I guess that means it comes in a bucket? But I am not a florist so I unfortunately don't have that knowledge. Either way, I didn't need to be told to learn how to read. I was very gracious and tried to make light of the situation but the manager just wanted to hate me. At the end I just asked for a refund as the flowers I needed only come in buckets, and I'd prefer it to be in anything but a bucket. She said she could refund the flowers, but not the delivery. I accepted because I didn't feel like being abused anymore by this woman, but I do think since they messed up the delivery, the delivery should be refunded as well. In the end, the bucket thing is funny, I'm okay with seeing that as my misunderstanding. The biggest problem I have is the manager being so rude to me for no reason, especially since it was delivered to the wrong place. This would have been my friends first time receiving flowers in his life, I was excited to find a local business to support and have this be the first of many flowers for him to receive. I guess I'll just have to continue my search as the rudeness and delivering to the wrong address is a fault they weren't willing to deal with If you make an order with them, just make sure you know how to read, and hopefully they'll deliver it to your address, but they may just choose a random neighbor instead read more

I was sent flowers. I was unaware of the delivery and wasn't at home. I get a call from an unknown number asking where I am when I will be home and what neighbor they can leave the flowers at. Never go to this flower shop, I am a high school student getting robbed for my money. First off they don't care about you what so ever I spent almost 100 dollars on a corsage and boutonnière for prom. I was supposed to get dark blue orchids that looked marvelous. Now they transferred the flowers to another shop near me but that's all I understood apparently I was supposed to get a order number and other information but nothing was ever given. On top of that no communication was ever given to me what so ever about the corsage and boutonnière not being able to look like the ones in the picture. I called this flower shop the next day or the same day I can't really remember, but to tell them what I received and I was told to wait till Monday because the person going to deal with my problem wasn't available or there at the time and they recommend me to call the flower shop they sent it too to fix it. I have called the flower place they sent it too and they had to have fix it because there was no way that I was gonna go prom with a sad poorly made corsage and boutonnière. The other flower shop tried their best but the flowers were a lighter and darker shade of blue I told them that I still wasn't satisfied and that I still would like to complain about the flowers because it's simply not what I paid for and asked for they said to call this flower shop because it's who I originally order from. I am very disappointed because while handling the situation bother flower shops we're doing the thing to where they said this or that and I don't know who's telling the truth. The manager from the flower shop they sent it too stated that they will contact the owner of this flower shop to tell them about my issue because the flower shop they sent it too said that they never received and instructions or pictures to reference off while this flower shop I'm writing the review to stated that they did. After that conversation with the manager of the flower shop they sent it too they said that this flower shop was going to call me to resolve the issue and I've been waiting almost a week or two now patiently waiting to get a call and yet no call and again I would not recommend this flower shop for their rudeness and lack of communication. This flower shop tried so hard to make up so many things to try to win this argument, for example another thing they told me was that well we can't give you a refund because you already used them but how was I supposed to give back the flowers when they were closed or far away nor did they instructed how to do so. They also said no refund because I already used them, but if I were to known that the flowers were going to come out the way they did I would have never used them or even gotten them. They should really update their pictures to the quality of flowers they really produce and make. And if they couldn't get the orchids that I wanted because I specifically said that dark blue of orchids why didn't they just call me and say hey we can't do this and refunded my money because when I said I wanted those exact flowers of dark blue the lady was like yes yes we can get them for you there really beautiful... I was ordering a piece for my sisters prom and was met with a staff that was quite absent. It seemed they were all in the back or otherwise occupied. It seemed like the woman helping me didn't want to be helping me. Inside was lovely and this attitude from the staff was very unpleasant and made shopping much harder. After placing a rushed order for my sisters piece I decided to browse only for the staff to inform me that they are closed and if I wanted to get anything else I had to do it right then. Questions I had were unanswered or rushed. On top of all this, when I picked up the piece the next day it looked nothing like the image on the website that I order off of. The image showed a large rose with leaves and wires accenting the flower. What I got was two small roses with leaves that overpowered their size and no wire accents. From across the nation, I placed an online order two vases of beautiful flowers to be delivered in the MPLS area... They arrived on time, very fresh and fragrant and were greatly appreciated by their recipients. But there was just one problem with the order...they received different bouquets than I ordered! When I contacted Soderberg they quickly jumped in to apologize and assured me they would right the error by sending out the flowers I had ordered, ASAP. So both mom's now have 2 bouquets and are very happy. I am very happy they didn't argue with me or make excuses or even hint that I should pay for the first bouquet. In all likelihood, the error was probably made due to Mother's Day being the biggest day for flower order fulfillment and the very similar names to the two bouquets; both were called Spring Tulip Bouquet, with one adding: Better Homes and Gardens at the end. What I like about Soderberg....the flowers come in the vase, assembled in a beautiful bouquet...not just cut flowers in a box where you have to try your luck at arrangement. I also like the variety of vases they offer, with some being usable keepsakes. Price was good for what I ordered. i will continue to use them for flowers ordered in the MPLS area. read more
