I watched what seemed to be a manager or trainer yelling at a new girl (have not seen her before today) about something that was wrong with the pump. The new girl said she did not know and understood....but what took me for a spin is how this (young blond haired lady) was so relentless and with a awful tone of voice with this other young lady about what she did wrong. She explained how no one had told her and she didn't know and this other lady blatantly in my opinion embarrassed and belittled her in front of customers. Before today I always thought the young blond haired lady was sweet but after today I now think that if this is a regular thing with new employees that this is why Johnny's has such a high turn over rate for new employees. You do not talk to your co-workers like that mistake or not and you do not talk to them that way especially if they are one of your employees. Most of all you do not do it in front of customers like me. I do not condone it and will shop elsewhere. I hope that someone higher up catches her doing that and corrects it because that is not the type of employee you want representing your buisness. Good luck to the new girl because if I were her I would be looking for a new job before being talked to like that.
