I have had problems with my back half of my life I herniated a disk when I was in my 30's I am now…read more63 I had two Nico surgeries where they make two small pictures one for the mini camera and one for the laser or remote the hernia the first surgery was in 2021 and went extremely well but since the hernia was so close they could not completely remove it by 2006 the hernia had grown back. The second surgery they tried to dig deeper which resulted in nerve damage which was excruciating. Now at 63 I have the hernia nerve damage and rheumatoid arthritis in my hips. I visited Dr. Bower with hope of some relief I had been to therapy many times before as well as chiropractors in the past. He did an X-ray the showed one hip was higher then the other so I started regular visits with the goal to even things out. I had forgotten that with treatment sometime it feels worse before and gets better because of the manipulation needed to even things out. Dr. Bower was good and gentle but at this time I just cannot stand an ounce more of pain so I opted out. I'm sure he can be helpful to others.

Roth, Kara and staff stood out in all the right ways. First impressions matter, I was pleasantly surprised by the 45-minute wait time(though would not always expect). For a walk-in clinic open to ALL and a Monday, that's impressive. During this time I observed the registration staff handle each patient with kindness and patience, including to those who were less then polite. Considering they are the front line dealing with people who are not feeling well, coughing, sneezing not real happy or patient as they are sick this staff kept their calm pleasant demeanor and professionalism. I was fortunate to be seen by a NP, Roth, Kara who entered my room with a student. I have worked in health care for several years and understand the importance of education in the field as it is constantly evolving, I appreciated the transparency. What truly stood out was the quality of care by NP. Roth, Kara. She conducted an efficient exam base on my complaint of ear pain (which i thought was infected and would need antibiotics), provided a clear diagnosis, and prescribed the appropriate treatment (I did not need antibiotics, and was thankful NP Roth, didn't encourage me to take something I didn't need). Despite what I assume was a full patient load, NP. Roth managed to make me feel heard and cared for. NP.
