Leave your shoes at the door Pro's Beautiful little lake with lots of greenery. Close to Safeway, coffee and gas. 30 minute drive to Seattle. Great view if you're backed up to the little Lake where the ducks, geese and herons liv Little library with a great map and directions to all the highlights in Seattle. Cons WiFi and cellular sucks! Cable TV they offer is a joke! Duck and goose poop everywhere around your site. Don't count on sleeping in as the ducks and geese will have you awake well before the sunrise. Great place to stay while visiting Seattle. It's about a 25 minute drive to the city. There are plenty of places to eat in the area and a Safeway across the road with a gas station. The RV park is very clean and quiet besides the morning wake up calls from the Geese lol. The ducks and geese are peaceful to watch floating on the little lake that our Camper backed right up to. There is a playground in the park for smaller children. The restrooms and showers are clean. The staff are very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Cons: no campfires allowed, no charcoal grill's and no feeding the ducks. It is a Wildlife habitat so keep that in mind when staying here. read more

Nice RV park fits all sizes. Full hookups about $65 per night. Only park in Bothell or Malby area so they have a captive audience. It is fairly large and has a couple of ponds that sites back up to. Did not see much free space around the ponds to walk. Laundry on site is $2 to wash when available. The day we needed to move we wanted to do laundry and it was closed for new machines all day. I asked at 8 am if I could just do a couple of loads before the new machines got there and it was a firm no. I imagine they would have a better idea on a delivery window than All Day. So will move and find a laundry mat. They were very hospitable otherwise. They will be full starting first of Oct for long termers. Who knew winter was a hot time in WA! Anyway would stay here again due to it being the only one and close to shopping. Safeway is across the street but traffic here is horrible. Just getting across town to the hwy (4miles) )takes 20 minutes. Another con is they mow and leave grass clippings so they get tracked inside your RV no matter how diligent you are so count on a lot of sweeping or vacuuming here. But they are pet friendly. Two bathrooms only as well so if you want to shower in one ask to be placed nearby or plan on a long walk. A plus is they have mature foliage in between the sites for added privacy so although not huge sites, you have blocked views of neighbors. It is overall a pretty RV park, nice management and pet friendly. read more

This is a lovely, well cared for and privately owned Park. The owners clearly care for their sites and for the people. Three grown hedges give each site privacy and the park is clean. These sites are paved and flat. I called the office about some dog poop on my site and trash in another site and they had it cleaned up within 30 minutes. It is nice the office was responsive however it's always a surprise when dog owners leave behind that kind of mess. This site is so convenient to touring Seattle and the area so I'd recommend it highly. There is a Safeway across the street and a wonderful coffee shop. read more

Great place when you want to stay just outside the city. Beautiful grounds that make you feel far from town. Simple trails surround the park - again, giving you the feel of being outside of town - yet you're a blink from civilization. The park has a cute lake (pond) that is frequented by ducks and geese. Almost all sites have a lovely 'lake view' and there is plenty of space between them so you don't feel like you're in a parking lot. We stayed here for several nights in mid-July. The park is beautiful, with lots of trees and a lake. Our sight was a bit narrow, but there was a row of trees on each side of our site, so we had privacy. The park is kept clean. They had an issue with Canadian geese (way too many!) that would wander through the sites, settle, and make themselves quite at home. But I noticed staff driving through with a water truck cleaning up after the geese. A long-term resident told me that they were working with the state wildlife officials to relocate the geese. I loved the walking trail that surrounds the park. Very pleasant, with just enough challenge to make it fun. Also loved that the park is quiet, not much road noise at all. Would definitely stay here again. But note, this park is often full, so make reservations way in advance of your stay. read more

Beautifully maintained park setting, but expensive nightly costs. $75 a nite. The front bathrooms were at bit unkept, laundry facility nice. Staff was "odd." Not sure how to even describe them. Lacked simple communication and customer service skills I guess is best was to describe her. Would have stayed several more days, but staff was unable to simply extend our visit in park that wasn't full capacity. Another frustration was many, many people are "onsite" RV's or full time renters and take up much of the facility. Maybe why staff was "unable" or unwilling to extend our stay. (Again, in a park that had multiple open spots.) Ugh read more

Booked 2 weeks here while visiting family. Love the park like setting and convenience to Seattle and surrounding areas. Sites are close together but landscaping in between offered some privacy. Grounds are well maintained and bathrooms/showers are private and clean. A good value for FHU's in an urban area. Would definitely stay here again. read more

We recently stayed here for multiple nights. The park is beautiful and lush. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. If you're able, bring a leaf blower. Because of the lake, there are geese everywhere and so is there poop. We used our blower to keep our spot free of their droppings. read more

Very nice park surrounded by trees. They do not have a store or sell ice but if you go across the road there is a shopping center with a safeway. Fairly quiet with sites not too close together. They have some grass for the pets. The laundry room is small and usually busy but at least it has one. $1 per load. We spent 5 days and the weather was great. Would stay here again. Beautiful RV park! It's very quiet and maintained carefully. It was really nice to wake up and just take a walk around the lake, watching birds and ducks slowly getting started with their days. We stayed at this park while visiting Seattle. While there was some distance from the city, it wasn't that far away. Lots of greenery in this park. The sites are pretty narrow but our site had a nice 7 ft hedge on both sides to provide some privacy. They have full hookups, it's clean, and relatively quiet. There's lots to do around here - breweries, wineries, eateries, etc. No freeway or train noises- bonus for us! I would come back. read more

We stayed at this RV park while visiting the Seattle area last week. It is a beautiful, well maintained park with lots of greenery throughout. So why only 2 stars? First, the man made pond is dirty and attracts 1,000s of geese - which are pretty to look at from afar. However, the grounds and sites are covered in goose poop. It's literally everywhere. Be careful after dark for the land mines lol! It is seriously unsanitary though. Especially if you have pets. Second, this park does not allow packages to be delivered from UPS or FedEx. They point out there are Amazon lockers at the Safeway across the street but that applies only for Amazon deliveries. I had a broken part on our RV which required me to have a part shipped. Imagine my surprise when the office lady told me I could not have packages shipped there? We have done a lot of RV'ing for multiple months at a time and have never once heard of such a thing as refusing to receive a package? When you're on the road, that is your home. As a proprietor in the RV hospitality industry this should be a no brainer. Will not return. read more

Amazingly beautiful and serene and private RV park! Every sign is asphalt pavement and has full hook ups. Between each site there is a row of privacy trees. Most of the sites back up to Lakes. No problem with the Wi-Fi. Paved loop around the park is great for bicycle traffic read more

If there was a minus stars this park would deserve it! I made reservations in March for a trip in July and prepaid nearly $1200. One of our group was unable to make the trip so I called and spoke with Maley or Naley in the office and cancelled the one reservation and discussed placement of our two remaining rigs. This was 8 days prior to our arrival. Two days later I saw an email for three refunds of $397.80. I immediately called and was told that they had cancelled all three of our reservations leaving us with no where to stay in July for 5 days. They did not apologize or even seem concerned that they had cancelled our reservation and when I asked to speak with Maley they said she wasn't working today. I called everywhere around Seattle and nothing was available for the weekend days we'd reserved. We had to change our whole trip. A horrible place. And the only park that collected the entire stay 5 months early! read more

If you're thinking about staying at lake pleasant, stop thinking and do. It is a wonderful atmosphere all around. You're in the middle of a city and would never guess it with the quiet and the scenery. The staff are incredibly helpful and caring, and Toni and Laura will bend the natural laws of physics to help you and make your stay as enjoyable as can be whatever your reason for being there. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about it, from the beautiful lake and the gorgeous walking trails, to the convenience and awe inspiringly dedicated staff. My wife and I are sad to leave, and will be back as often as we can even of it's just for a cup of coffee and a cookie. This for the area is an extremely nice place to park and stay. With full bathrooms all over the site, you always have a nice place to keep clean. With complete hookup, 50amp, sewer and cable all of your needs are met. The surrounding area has several restaurants, several grocery stores, and Mill Creek Village which is just a few miles north along the Bothell Everett highway. This houses your kitchy shops and some fine dining. Across the street is a full service Safeway store with deli and all. Knowing this, you can show up here at anytime and not have to be stocked to the gills with food. You can buy it fresh right across the street. Access from 405 is only about 1.5 miles away and access to I-5 is also very close. The spaces themselves are nice and large. We had a full pull through spot as we have a 36' travel trailer. Although coaches were on either side of us, each location has hedges on either side making it feel secluded even though they are just couple feet away. I would have given a five star rating had it been just a little more secluded, but that is a personal preference for me. And compared to a lot of places is far better than most. There are walking trails to take the pooches and also a free run area that is fenced for them as well. Almost every person here has a dog or two of some kind, so make sure that they get along with others. read more

This place is great! We needed a place to stay a couple of nights, close enough to the city, and to friends that live in Bothell, and boy we fount it. The customer service was great, the sites were really nice, w the view of the lake. Ducks and frogs to keep us company, my daughter loved it. Bus stop was across the street. We were able to spend the day in Seattle and come back home to our quiet oasis. Bathrooms were clean, so was the laundry room. The only thing that needs some improvement is the Internet access. I've been to other RV places so I'll be comparing it to those. First of the views in this place are great! For that they get the 2 stars, but unfortunately they made us move once from our 5 day stay which was a huge inconvenience! It was raining that morning and since someone was in our to move spot, we had to put the RV in their storage area. Then the bathrooms were extremely far which made us have to drive for that glorious poop lol (don't like stinking our RV if you know what I mean lol). Lastly we left on the 4th day and requested a refund for the 5th night and to our surprise there's no refund! I guess we'll be out those $45 then. Some tips: -Showers are ok with hot water always running and are free! -Our 1st space was nice and spacious #43, but our 2nd space was flooded and couldn't walk around it #70. -free WiFi -be prepared to be awaken with ducks singing and birds :) -Great shopping center across the street with Woods Coffee (amazing coffee) read more

Absolutely beautiful RV park! We have a 45' Class A motorhome and it fit without any issues or drama. Landscaping guy immediately came running to us to help spot us when we were pulling in - nice guy! The views in the pull-through spaces are more beautiful than the back-in spaces - I'm talking about a breathtaking lake view out the front windshield! The spaces are spaced adequately apart, and give plenty of privacy. No satellite reception in our space, unfortunately. Fishing is allowed, but catch and release only. Water pressure is great, and sites are nice and level. The staff is wonderful; we had an issue with our RV and checked out about an hour and a half late, and they were there trying to help us resolve it, instead of telling us to hurry and leave - even when the next visitor arrived early and was impatiently waiting to take our space! Toni was very responsive and set us up with a great spot overlooking the lake. We had issues after one night (our own issues, not due to the park) and had to cut our trip short. Toni was so gracious and made it right for us on our second visit a month later. Again with a gorgeous spot! We watched a blue heron fish right in front of us and all park goers were friendly. $45ish dollars a night, as of June 2009. This is the ongoing rate in the area. I found this park to be appealing, beautiful lake-view spots where you can park your RV sideways in some spots. (RVs park all around the 2 lakes i believe) and then there's an outer circle that doesn't have lakeviews but are still private with tall hedges. Even so, the area feels safe and well-managed. We camped here and moved to Trailer Inns in Bellevue (see in my reviews) while passing through Seattle. We liked this one better. More trees, nice views. Full hookups. I wished they had 50 amps instead of 30 (but not a deal breaker) and I wished they had Wi-Fi!!! Also no pool, but they do have a hiking trail that goes all around the park. read more

This is a gorgeous, secluded spot pretty local to Seattle - can't get better than this if you're visiting the greater Seattle area. The camp is always clean and the campers pretty mellow. The owners got rid of the geese last year (don't ask how, the owner's wife doesn't know and didn't want to know...) so the previous issue of goose poop is now not an issue at all. In fact, while we were staying there an adorable little family of ducks were making the pond their home and would come waddle through the campsites on a daily basis while out for a walk. They were the unofficial camp ambassadors, the epitome of cuteness. There is a brand-new Safeway across the street and gas stations down the road. Downtown Bothell is just a short drive away and considering it's out in the lush country, it is also very well-situated to civilization. Highly recommended! read more

Nice having a Safeway, Ivars clams, and pizza right across the street.Grounds are well maintained and lots of birds and ducks. We showed up late on the Thursday before a busy weekend. We'd made reservations but they'd gotten mixed up -- we were lucky to get a spot since it was jam-packed. Everyone was friendly and the hook-ups worked fine, the bathrooms were clean and showers were free. They do have hedges for privacy, but we still felt like sardines. They seemed to have a need to spell out lots of rules -- don't feed the ducks, try not walk on the grass, do NOT exceed 8 mph STRICTLY ENFORCED! . . . we ended up feeling like we were accidentally going to Very Bad Campers unless we were Very Very careful. I suspect if it were less full, we'd have enjoyed it much more. Convenient to park & ride to take the bus into the city, convenient to food -- big plusses. read more
