This is one of the BEST RV parks in western Washington!! It is beautifully surrounded by evergreens and has a many hiking trails for our pups to explore. There are geese and ducks everywhere! We were lucky enough to back up to the lake and we really enjoyed the view. The friendly management and staff went out of their way to make sure we felt welcomed. The laundry room was well equipped and only cost $1.00 per wash or dry. There is a grocery store across the street as well as many restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!! This is okay for out-of-towners and only for a short period of time. When my grandparents come they stay here only because there isn't anywhere else. The pricing is okay and the spots are spacious. The only downfall is it is right by the busy road and there is goose poop everywhere! read more

This place is quiet, the staff is awesome. They have a big lake in the middle of the park, and a great children's park and climbing area, Nature trail, clean, private restrooms, all very nice. Cutest RV camp spot! We're not big RVers and rented one to drive up the Oregon coast and to the Olympic Peninsula. The folks here are so helpful and accommodating. And the location is perfect for quick interstate access and for those looking to be near Seattle but in a beautiful, lake setting. The best RV park near Seattle. Lake Pleasant RV Park is surrounded with large trees making it feel like you are in the forest. This RV park is very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and make us feel welcomed. Although the spaces are close to each other, there are tall shrubs between them to provide some privacy. I'd walked our dog around the lake in the evening and the park was very quiet. All the RV's that I saw here appear to be newer models and well maintained. The only issue I had was that I couldn't connect to the wifi. Nearby, there are gas stations, restaurants, and a supermarket. We didn't have reservations but would have enjoyed staying longer at this RV park to spend more time exploring Seattle and the surrounding area. read more

This is a delightful setting to use as a base for visiting Seattle and the surrounding sites in the PNW. The park is well maintained with lots of trees and strategic hedging to give a sense of privacy in each site. A charming lake that is a wildlife refuge for ducks is relaxing while watching the antics of the ducks as they paddle around the pond. The staff is all very welcoming, extremely friendly and helpful. Laundry room, bathrooms and showers are very clean and well maintained. Location of the RV Resort is great; Bothell is a nice town, great Bakery on Main Street, nice shopping center with everything one needs for all the necessities. The park is really nice and so far seems great BUT when I called and reserved a spot 4 days prior to getting here I specifically said I needed a pull through site, the clerk said that is not a problem at all. Well after driving 6 hours with my family in my truck we checked in and they said they did not have any pull through sites left. This is our first ever trip to an RV Park and it's exactly what I did not want to happen. No divorces. Thanks Jim for helping us out. But if you are wanting a pull through site you may want to re think planning a trip here. read more

We've stayed here a couple of times and it's lovely. So, so quiet even though you're in the city of Bothell. The lake is very tranquil with lots of birds and wildlife. The park staff are friendly and helpful. Sites are good sized with full hookups. Prices are reasonable. WiFi is very very slow and essentially unusable but otherwise we love it here. read more

It looked nice and great reviews, and prompt returned email... but when I emailed about how long in advance you have to book, was told "years in advance. -Toni" Well, that seems a bit contradictory to other recent reviewers that said they didn't have to book too far in advance. This RV park I a surprising gem in the city. Amazingly quiet even as it is close to main roads. Very clean and organized. Nice walking trails in the surrounding trees and a nice fenced dog run. Room for the largest or smallest RV. All this and priced reasonably too. We would definitely stay here again! read more

We made a week long reservation at another RV park near by that we were extremely disappointed with...After searching the area, we were lucky enough to get a spot at this beautiful park during our recent visit with our daughter who lives in the Seattle area. The Manager was so helpful and accommodating! Originally our space was only available for a few days due to it being a holiday weekend, but fortunately she was able to make a few changes so that we were able to be in our spot for the entire week! Our site was very spacious with a picnic table and grassy areas on both sides of our motorhome so we didn't feel crowded at all. The sites are located all around two small lakes with easy access to hiking trails that we enjoyed taking our dogs on. The park feels very secluded, but is conveniently located across the street from a new shopping area with a grocery store, gas station as well as restaurants making this a perfect location! This will definitely be our go to spot when visiting the Seattle area! read more

My family and I recently were on a road trip for two weeks up the pacific northwest coast and decided to stay here as it was close to Seattle (30 minute drive). Upon pulling in, we were greeted by the friendly staff at the front desk and were checked in without issue. As we arrived to our space it was graciously sized and the park itself was clean and well taken care of. Due to being here at the end of our trip and staying five nights we utilized the laundry room which was also clean and reasonably priced. A Safeway and small shopping center is directly across the street and within walking distance which was a huge plus. There are individuals who live here full time, but they were friendly and kept their spaces clean as well. The only two things that need attention would be the playground as it definitely needs a pressure wash due to the WA wet atmosphere and the Wifi as it did not work for us (two minor things) other than that it was a great stay. I would highly recommend this RV park to anyone visiting the greater Seattle area. read more

Great park. Lovely people. My only complaint is the cell reception. The park is set in sort of a valley where cell reception is a little spotty. If you're going to the park to relax, you're in for a treat. If you're passing through and rely on your electronic devices, you may have to head up to Starbucks or another cafe to do business. We have been here for five months and we liked it for a lot of reasons. However, security concerns are on the uptick and they have us reconsidering staying any longer. Pros: Beautiful lake (man made, no swimming, has an otter, lots of wild birds, friends call it a mud puddle...) Cleanish bathrooms - could be better maintained Laundry facilities are cheap at $1 a load but are often busy Cheaper propane Close to city Grocery store and RV gas station across street Cons: Office staff really needs to care because they don't No security at all... No fence, no watch, nothing. Rules are a joke...no enforcement. Homeless people are using facilities and presenting a security problem We were not having any issues until the cold weather set in. Someone was trying our door for a couple nights. Also, we have seen some homeless folks using the showers/laundry. Nobody seems to care at the office. They really need some security measures. For the price, you'd think they could afford it! read more

We were very impressed with the camp site. Lovely grounds with ducks that play on the pond. They don't allow tents, which is fine with us. The sites are pull through, and are very clean. The hosts were accommodating and very friendly. We were so impressed that we made reservations for this summer. I would highly recommend this site to anyone that has bought a new rig and wants to do their first trip. There is a Safeway within walking distance, in case you forget something. read more

We have stayed at this RV park several times, but never again. Yes, they have hard working people there, but the manager is an arrogant , very rude person. I have been RVing for 30 years, and I have never met anyone like him. We had a family emergency while staying there in 2005. He did everything he could to make the situation worse. We wil never stay there again. We also talked to the owner about the manager, and he could have cared less. Just wanted to warn other campers out there. Enjoyed our recent stay at Lake Pleasant RV Park! We stayed here 8 nights. The staff are very helpful and nice to deal with. Toni went above and beyond to help us secure a site for the dates we needed to visit our daughter in the area. The grounds at Lake Pleasant RV Park are well kept and the scenery is beautiful with a small lake, ducks and geese. The sites are nice with many having lawn and/or greenery separating one site from another. We would definitely stay here again! Getting a site here is difficult due to it being a wonderful facility, the proximity of the park to Seattle and lack of other decent RV camping/parks in the area, so try to book ahead if you want to stay here. Stayed here a while back and at exactly 8 am a crew showed up across from my camp spot with a backhoe and hand shovels and started scraping pavement (for a repair I guess). Want to listen to a backhoe bucket and shovels scrape pavement at 8 in the morning when you are away from home and trying to relax/enjoy, then this is the place for you. When I mentioned this to the women managing the office, there response was dismissive and stated: "they have to get work done!". Yup, how bout a little later, like nothing a little quieter to do first on the list! Blehh. Won't be coming back. read more

We love this park. It is a virtual oasis in a busy city. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful. We had an 80' back in on the second of two small lakes. Very scenic. There was ample room for our 39' fifth wheel, dually pickup and a rental car we picked up to take into Seattle and other busy areas. The pads are cement and level. Our site (most all of them) had privacy hedges between us and our neighbors. Ducks and Canadian geese make for fun viewing. Only negative is the internet. You are allowed 60 consecutive minutes per day but I was never able to get on. At check in we were told you can buy time on tengointernet that gives you 24/7 access. I had AT&T hotspot and didn't want to pay extra. They offer cable but we used our satellite. Did I say, "We love this park?" read more

The town of Bothell is a fitness person's dream. Running, cycling, boating, cafes, bakeries and all levels of dining. Historic and near wineries and too many attractions to list. My husband is an electrical lineman and his job requires us to travel. We love this park! Super clean, great management, and good amenities. The trails around the park are great for running or walking with my dog. It is close to Seattle and you can find anything you need in the Bothell/Mill Creek area. Highly recommended! read more

For unknown reasons, we were moved from our original reserved site to #1, the worst site in the park. I guess someone wanted our site. We have visited the park many times, but this was bad. Tuesday morning an employee started up a leaf blower or some other noisy equipment before 7am, just to wake everyone up. Just after 8 both Monday and Tuesday, weed whacking started and mowing, and an employee actually blew debris our way (in our site) after mowing it, while we were standing in our site. Nice. Also weed whacking around so-called refuge lake. Didn't sleep well here--noisy especially near the front entrance. Monday morning, a pump (sounding like a power washer) was used to suck water to hose down already wet asphalt for some unknown reason--to make noise? Busy work? Noisy. Seems like overnighters are not especially valued here. After many years and many visits, we probably won't return--not as "pleasant" as it used to be. read more

Spent two nights at Lake Pleasant, it was very peaceful. Great views of the lakes (no swimming), and a nice surrounding greenery. You hardly realize you are in town until you hear a fire truck. Since we are not pro's at RV-ing we had to hoof it and found the local bus stop right out side the park, as well as a newer Safeway across the street. It you plan on taking the bus systems around town, order an Orka pass prior. It will save you a lot. The bathrooms and showers were clean, and the water was HOT. I could have showered forever. Especially after a damp day on the town. We used a pull through site, but both type of sites are there. Also no tent camping allowed. I wish there was to give my wife and I some time away from the kids. All in all I would give three and a half stars but since it only allows full stars I am rounding up. read more

Arrived here after 4 days on the road from Las Vegas and got an amazing surprise. It's was the rainy season March 23-29, and every one of the RV sites either back up to the lakes or have a view of them . We were in space #4 and it was beautiful. We had ducks swimming and just resting at the back of our RV in the sun. They have hedges between each site with picnic tables so the privavcy is great. Also have some wonderful walking trails. We were in the area for business and didn't get to see many sights, but would definately come back. Great people in the office, clean laundry and restrooms!! read more

Our first stay at LPRP was in June 2015 for three weeks. It is clean, quiet, and well run by a courteous staff, and the lake is beautiful. The park is close to restaurants, banking, grocery stores, and more. Our second stay was in August for 2 days to deliver a couple of grandkids. They really enjoyed the playground and hiking trails. This is an excellent RV park and we highly recommend it. Plan ahead and make reservations as it is a popular RV park. read more

Well maintained and quaint Rv park. Close to Everett and not too far north of Seattle. We would stay here again. For the Internet needy, Verizion is 4G but only 2 bars which did cause us problems at times. Park wifi is 1 hr a day free but is really slow. There is a Safeway grocery right across the street, which is nice. read more

The park is very nice and pretty. The check-in was very smooth. I did not like the WIFi arrangement Only one hour free. We have had free WIFI in all other RV parks on this trip. What is up with this. The price should cover WIFi as it was not cheap. At the laundry the dryers did not seem to work as the clothes were still wet when the cycle finished. The location was good for us and there is plenty of shopping and dinning nearby. read more
