we stayed at this park for 50 days so my husband could do his Proton therapy radiation & chemotherapy treatments in Seattle. The spot was so small we had to park our car in a parking area overflow which was quite a walk for my husband. he would not let me park by myself fearing for my safety. the site was not level so had to purchase boards to back up on. I feel like our spot should of been discounted with the no parking available. Not a happy camper read more

good morning I'm putting this review in on Maple Grove for a simple fact that front the very beginning of my experience it was terrible. I bought a Winnebago RV under consignment was not told that it was on consignment to live purchase the vehicle, and then they couldn't find the title, that's when it started. Couldn't find the title to try to stick it to me on the financing that I had to go back to my credit union. They sold me a bogus. No good for nothing warranty. I've done at the very end at two deep cycle batteries that were empty and they swore up and down that they did a service agreement on my vehicle , if Dallas was my RV lot, I would've never let that vehicle come out of my lot like that the reputation is tarnished you can't treat people like citizen and you can get away with it read more

They tout they are a 5 star, NO WAY. You are right on top of each other, barely could put out your slides and the guy next to you had his out, it was very close. No dog walk area, you had to go into their rv storage area and walk your dog, so of course no one picked up their pets poop. No pool; help at check out - she grunted answers to my questions. 1 star at most - the landscaping was nice but the sites were so incredibly squished together I could reach from one side to our extended slide with my arms! And I don't have long arms! I noticed the lack of space as soon as we drove in - or rather squeezed into the narrow entrance off the main road - and when I asked the woman in the office, she snapped "No! They are all the same size!". Ugh. As we were being checked in, the large man who needed a haircut and a clean shirt asked where we were from. When I told him NY, he proceeded to tell me everything he didn't like about NY. Thanks buddy, welcome to Washington. No decent place to walk the dogs, the sites were all unlevel and sloped, and despite the landscaping between each site, it was so unpleasant to be in such a small area that we never sat outside! We would not recommend this RV "resort" to anyone. Not pet friendly even though they advertise as such. Trashy "solo dog walking area" a long way away from RV sites. Have to cross a large rock strewn lot to get to the dog area. If you are disabled, good luck getting to it. Not even a semblance of a level site, at least a 2-3 degree slope on every site, some more of a slope. No grass, mostly low bushes and no real privacy even attempted. All sites are tightly spaced together. Not much of a "resort". WiFi - Ha! Cheapo setup, not a real resemblance to actual WiFi service. By the way, nothing but concrete everywhere. read more

The Pacific Northwest is so beautiful, but unfortunately this location doesn't really give you that expansive feeling. It is a tight RV park on sloping concrete, sites are packed together too tightly. On the plus side it is a convenient location, the bathrooms and laundry were great, the manager was friendly. We stayed for a whole month in April 2021. Might stay again if we had a one or two night stop over in the area but would not choose for a whole month again. read more

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. I didnt even stay here nor will I ever consider. I made reservations which I had to cancel only a few hours later. He stated I was within 24 hours and I asked what cancellation policy was. He stated it s within 24 hours ao I was fine. Minutes later I received and email and a charge on my ccard for $55! Calling back I asked why I was charged and he stated he explained that to me. He did not. I told him theres no reference to cancellation policy on website (which he said it isnt posted there) I said it wasnt on email either. I am extremely uncomfortable that this place even has my ccard info on file now. Horrible service. He was hostile and argumentative over something petty and had no right to charge me. read more

If you want to feel like "family" this is the place to be! We booked our stay with Maple Grove online. My husband and I are from Ohio. We came to Everett, Washington in an RV in DECEMBER. We got stuck in Oregon with the passes all closed due to weather conditions on 90W. We spoke with Don (FRED for me and I'm ALICE for him :) ) the owner who was very understanding and offered to help us find a different route home once we got to the park (he is a retired long distance trucker THANK YOU LORD!). Once at the park we decided we didnt want to try to drive home in the winter (because we are big babies lol) so we talked to Don (FRED) again and he offered to let us stay at the park until APRIL (this was January!). If you know anything about Washington State RV parks, you know this is UNHEARD OF. He is an amazingly nice/caring individual who has made us feel like FAMILY here since day ONE. In fact, we are booking a spot here for 6 months out of the year from here on out! SO AMAZINGLY BLESSED TO HAVE FOUND THIS PLACE AND THE PEOPLE WHO RUN IT! The park is close to everything, rates are reasonable, they are pet friendly, wifi provided, laundry facilities, propane, come on! If you need an RV park for your travels come here and stay with FAMILY! read more

It's very tight spaces and I saw some single spaces rented to two rv's, kinda strange. Let's just jump to the bathroom. The showers were disgusting !!! That mold and dark mildew and sticky walls! So I went out and got Clorox powder and a brush, 10 minutes later it was quite clean. So I left a note and told whoever to have some pride in their work place and spend some time on the showers. There is no pool, and no spa and the dog run is a dead vacant lot. This is far from resort worthy. read more

The fellow at check-in was very friendly and helpful. We did not use the shower, laundry, or washrooms. Not sure why this place is referred to as 'premium' though. The sites are tiny and really close together, but we WERE lucky enough to get a fairly level one. $65 USD is far too much for what you get. read more

Less than 1 star for sure! We lived there for 9 months, waiting to sell our house and husband to retire. The spaces are so close and uneven. It says it's a Premiere RV Resort which is a joke as it doesn't offer anything special! The park sits on a slope so good luck getting your trailer level! They also don't post their rates. Our last month there we paid our monthly rate and then were only there a total of 11 days, which they only refunded us $21.00. I have to agree with another reviewer that they make up the rates as they go along, or if they "like" you. We had gotten to know a few people that stayed there and agree with all of this! read more

One car squeezed in takes up your space next to camper. If you have one tire past the yellow line the office lady will pound on your camper door screaming crazily like a wild woman. I was respectful and began moving my car which had been parked the same way for 3 weeks and she hollers in the middle of the road at me and other campers that we were like children. Really horrible experience. Was here for 3 weeks and besides very limited space it is clean and showers were nice. My heart is still beating fast because I was so frightened of her. Here for 3 months as healthcare worker to help out during pandemic. Going to find somewhere else because it is in no way welcoming or pleasant. read more

Super nice check in folks. Soooooo expensive though. Over 78.00 US dollars for one night. Small sites. Edge to edge with a big 5th wheel. Our truck had to sit half in the road all night, as it didn't fit in the site...not even close. Didn't use the bath or laundry. If you drive or tow something large, go elsewhere. read more

If I could give less than a 1, I would. Overpriced ($100/night with our Good Sam discount) and undersized. They assured us our 40-ft 5th wheel would fit; it did but our short-bed pickup did not. We were told we could park the pickup in their overflow area which was definitely too far for my disabled husband to walk from. They begrudgingly told us we could park in front of our RV as long as we were out of the way as much as possible. It was an ordeal to level our self-leveling RV. The site was so uneven, the jacks wouldn't extend far enough on one side. Interestingly enough, there was a 4x8 board left in the spot that we could use. Looked like previous occupants had the same issue. Management blamed it on our RV. We've been living in the same RV since January, traveled almost 6,000 miles, stayed in many RV parks and resorts, and never had this issue. This a review about the customer service more than the park itself. I am new to the RV way of life and had no idea that some RV parks have rules regarding the age of an RV. First, I was not greeted by a cheerful person on the phone. The woman obviously hates her job and was grouchy from the beginning. She was almost confrontational about her RV parks rules (or at least the owners rules). Before she even knew what I was seeking information about, she would cut me off and keep talking. She seemed unhappy to have to "deal" with my questions. As soon as she found out my RV is 20 years old, she cut me off again and stated that the rule was "no more than ten years old!" I asked her why this was a rule regardless of the way my rig looks. She kept saying "its not my rule, its the owners rule." She repeated this mantra over and over. I pressed for information so that if another park said the same thing I might have a better Idea why. She reluctantly stated "...anything over ten years old must be falling apart or junk." "Really?" with no chance of explaining the condition of my RV. This person was obviously not trained in any form of customer service. She does not want the owners to make money or get referals for great service. I did not have a chance to visit the park because of (RV) age discimination. Unfortunate business practice. There ways to tell potential customers the rules without accusing them of being trash. read more

This place was a big disappointment. They boasted themselves as Seattle's premiere RV resort, seriously? The sites are tiny split sites where you park your vehicle next to your RV. We have an Eagle Cap 1165 truck camper, pulling a utility trailer (40' OAL) and a Chevy Bolt. It was really tight getting into our site, the site is concrete but has a terrible slope. Our car was parked so close it almost scraped the RV, had to pull out of site to access vehicle. There is no pool, or a picnic table to sit at outside (a resort with no pool?). The only amenity is the laundry room, which we had no need for. They charged $80 a night, which is ridiculously overpriced for lack of amenities. The full-timers drive in with lack of restraint, little concern for potential children or pedestrians. The "pet walk" area mentioned on site map is a storage lot or side street. When I asked if there is an off-leash dog park nearby, the response I received was "3 blocks away, google it". The closest we found was 3 miles. There is no recycling bins, only garbage dumpster. We would not recommend this place. read more

This is NOT a resort but they charge resort prices. If you use this park you are paying for its location, and only its location. There are no resort amenities -- just restrooms and a laundry room (which the management is quite proud of, but they are nothing special). Sites are tight without a picnic area at any of them. Pull-throughs are reserved for the long motorhomes.You are required to keep the tongue of your trailer or bumper of the tow (or towed) vehicle behind the yellow line to allow room for in-coming and out-going vehicles; and unless you are a professional semi driver this is challenging. There are plants between each paved site that keep the sites narrow. The sites along the perimeter of the park are not level and are about 16 feet wide at their widest. There is overflow parking in a back lot if there is no room to park your vehicle in your site -- a hassle, especially if you're a handicap driver. The dog walking area is the back lot that is for overflow, dry camping, and used as a holding pen for an RV dealership nearby. The grassy area needs to be cleared and cleaned since it looked like an unauthorized dumping area. read more

My husband and I had the worst experience here, the lady at the front desk was super rude and she called my husband and I named she even banged on our camper door she was so unprofessional that she would call my husband and just hang up on him. This park is only marginally better than dry camping in a parking lot! The sites are tiny, if you have slide outs AND a towed, you'll have a heck of a time getting them all within the painted lines of the site. If you have dogs, GO ANYWHERE but here! They have "rules" (more about that later) and one is where you can walk your dog. Either on rock, foundation size rocks, that are uncomfortable to walk on a best or in the "dog walk at the back" which is thru a locked gate and into the alley. The alley is overgrown with fox tails and runs along a housing project and hubby found hypodermic needles strewn about! Yikes! The danger from the needle and then the danger from the users!? I say, never again!!! Now about the park rules...one is given the rules upon check-in. Pretty much par for the course. But then, they come around & scotch tape a memo to enforce the "rules" that one is then offered again. They beat upon the smoking rules, and we do NOT smoke...so, please do not put tape on my paint!! I get that there are fire dangers, but seek out the culprits, not the innocent! Please, if you must stay here, be very, very careful! read more

My husband and I stayed here for a week and a half recently. The sites are decently sized and the price is right. However, the whole place could stand a good, thorough cleaning. It's not bad, but it does appear to be ignored a lot of the time. The staff at the front desk seems to either be completely apathetic or combative. I didn't see any middle ground. I think it's something of a stretch to call this place a resort. From what I've heard, the place next door will be a better choice, should we roll this area again anytime soon. read more

The park has very few level sites and those are occupied by long term tenants. The sites are narrow. We have a 40ft MH and it was side to side on the site. Have air leveling and could not level the coach. Most used additional blocks for the tires. On the plus side it was clean and very friendly. read more

It's had to know how the owners can claim this to be a "resort". The price is 30% more for 30% less than other parks. The problem is that there are not that many parks in the Seattle area. With a lot of work to catch up on we booked this park expecting the Wifi would be decent for such a quality, high priced "resort" but in three days we never did have WiFi at our site. The owner admitted in one instance that second site we moved to had problems, but told my wife on a separate occasion that it was our problem. I wound up sitting in the laundry room for 6 hours (there is not even any other place to go and this was the owners best suggestion). Neighbors adjacent to us also could not connect. As to the claim of a "resort" - you might expect a community room, pool, hot tub or something other than your piece of asphalt - none of these normal "resort" amenities are available here. read more

My husband and I stayed at Maple Grove for a few weeks when we were visiting our daughter in Seattle. The information and pictures on the website looked promising but we soon found out that they used creative license when describing the park. The spaces are no where near level. It took us almost an hour to level the RV with a self-leveling system. During our stay we noticed several other people have the same frustration. We travel with our dog so we were happy to see that they had a dog walking path. It turned out to be the muddy, flooded alley way behind the park. The staff were sometimes friendly but other times not so much. They don't like it if you question anything about the park. On a positive note, although the park is located on a very busy street in an industrial section of town, we were pleasantly surprised that it was quiet. We will not be returning. read more

If he park sites were a little longer, wider and more level this would be a top notch place. We would for sure camp here again. Very quiet and peaceful area. This gem is in an otherwise run down part of town was a life saver for us. With some unexpected medical issues we found ourselves having to live in our trailer and delaying our trip around America. Don and Charlotte run a tight ship which means the grounds are always in a clean and organized way. The park has rules to keep the park this way such as the "No rig older than 10 years old" rule. Your 10 year old rig may look great but they have to put a number on it and 10 years it is. The restrooms and laundry are very clean. Norm is here to clean your trailer for a small fee, give advice or have a nice conversation. No shelves, dog pens or anything else that may give the impression you "live" there. We have had wonderful neighbors and nice times in our 2 month stay. I highly recommend to any one who needs a reasonably priced, clean place to stay.
