At the end of the day, there are plenty of competent endodontists in the area; the hassle, unprofessionalism, lack of integrity, and surprise bills are not worth a visit here. I had a root canal done in December and paid over 1k for my patient portion on the date of service. Few months later, I received another bill for over 1k (insurance portion). After trying to contact billing multiple times (they are always unavailable), they said that the insurance denied the claim for a reason that is unknown to the office and they had never seen before. I asked why they didn't investigate further why the claim was actually denied before handing me another bill, and only then they said they will look into it and get back to me a few days later. That was a month ago, and I just tried calling back to speak with billing for an update since they don't reply to emails. The front office (again) transferred me to a voicemail, and I have not been able to get a hold of billing. Every time I call the front office, they transfer me to the billing voicemail without even picking up the phone.

Whatever you need, the staff is willing to provide for your comfort. Dr. Visco then comes in and asks if you are comfortable and gets down to the task at hand regarding your visit. While doing your dental work, she is constantly concerned about your welfare and comfort, is very friendly, professional and courteous to her staff as well as the client. I had a particularly difficult dental problem which she was able to diagnose and treat when my regular dentist wasn't able to find anything. Dr. Visco treated me in the morning, and she took the time out of her busy day to call me later in the evening to find out how I was doing and wanted to know if the antibiotics were working and if I was in any pain.
