The last thing you expect when purchasing a new/preowned vehicle is to be pulling it apart in your driveway a week into ownership due to the brake caliper LITERALLY FALLING OFF WHILE DRIVING. The finance manager lying about my interest rate, telling me a package I purchased included things that I was later told it didn't include and not getting me a loaner car since the truck was in service a week after purchase is normal dealership shenanigans to me. However, Y'all need some serious help in the service department. This could have turned out so much worse it's absurd. I was extremely lucky that the caliper finally popped off at low speed, sacrificing my tire balance weights which went flying all over the road and causing a nasty metal on metal sound the rest of my drive. The wheel lugs nor the remaining caliper bolts were torqued to the correct spec at all. I will be going through and re torquing all parts that Covert touched since I no longer trust their workmanship. *as an edit, the entire caliper had to be replaced since the mechanic completely stripped out the bolt* I guess I'll just add the tire balance to the bill not to mention my own time/labor as well, thanks Covert! - attached are the photos of the caliper with the bolt literally gone as I found, also attached is the carfax report that THEY provided of them bragging THEY provided the faulty, hazardous "repairs" (if you can call it that)

No promises were made as to issues with it. While we would do business with them again, I knocked one star off for lack communication. I tried to call to check on status of tags and title a few times and they never returned my calls. The tags did finally arrive so all is good, but good follow up customer service needs work.
