I unfortunately do not have a single nice thing to say about the Covert Bee Cave. There's no follow through from anyone to see that you're properly cared for. There's no rush to service or to help the paying customers. Only towards the sales and I can tell you that motto will be remembered in Bee Cave and isn't something the community takes well. You say brakes and other items are there most important factors when it comes to safety it is your biggest concern with inspections. Yet other dealerships are fixing the issues while you say "that's normal" or "that's fine, there was nothing wrong". Covert GMC Bee Cave, you should be ashamed of your daily practices and what you put on your lot. Whoever handles the safety inspections, needs to be part of your high turn over covert keeps blaming when something goes wrong. I've had two vehicles that have spent more time in the shop than with me. Ive bought 2 Audi SQ5's recently - paying interest on two vehicles. The one that had to be bought back by covert due to its having major issues. Along with the new one being in the shop. But it's at Audi due to yall stating the brakes and noises and pedal issues were perfectly fine when they were not. For the past 5 months since trading my car I've been in loaner from Audi more than I've been in my personal car. Cherry on the top. I've put less than 2k miles on my new car and had to stop into discount tire today they said I will need to replace the tires soon. Looking forward to yet another expenses. This dealership operates with no integrity. They will tell you anything you want to hear, then leave you hanging if you ever need anything. After a month in my 2026 GMC, it had a major issue and sat in their service center for 3 months while I made payments. Eventually they told me they could not figure it out and after promising reimbursement for payments, they went back on their word. Manager's Tyler and Christian were worthless and ignored the issue. After 50 years of my family buying from them, we are done. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere before you get screwed around as well. read more

My first interaction was through the phone. The sales person Luc was very friendly. We went in to look at a vehicle and it was pulled up to the front ready for us. Luc was cool, friendly, no pressure. He answered all of our questions. There was no bs come time to buy. I've purchased many vehicles in the past and this place felt different. No pressure, no hidden stuff in the numbers. Everything I asked to see was presented without hesitation. Everything was done in such an efficient manner. Or so I thought. As part of the purchase they were to replace something and do a touch up. Giving some grace as it was the holiday and now we are back to normal and communication is lacking. I came in on the 13th of October with my bestie who was looking for a truck. My friend called earlier in the day to inquire about one truck in particular and the call was returned by Greg the same day. When my friend and I came to the dealership to drive the truck, Greg provided his honest feedback about the truck, the brand, and its potential downfalls. After a test drive of the truck my friend inquired about, we both elected to test drive another truck. The second truck was the one my friend elected to buy. My friend's financing options we knew would be limited based upon his credit worthiness. Greg was aware of this and worked with my friend to ensure he got the best deal possible. From test drive, to financing, to the final paperwork, the total time was just over an hour (which is unheard of). The entire process from the time we walked through the door to the time we exited the facility with the truck was flawless. My friend and I could not have asked for a better experience. Post purchase disappointment....I purchased a GMC Yukon 2024 Denali in Oct of last year (2024). I was impressed with the sales....my rep was Aron Gonzales...very happy with him. I took my sister a few days later and she also purchased a 2024 Yukon Denali. Her rep was Tyler, he was a very good salesman and all went well, however when we inquired about a vehicle owners manual...the one that's provided the vehicle is no more than a supplement and less than adequate. My sister asked if he would be able to get the original manual that is approximate 422 pages. He stated that he would see and if I could possibly get one as well. He agreed to do so which was very appreciated. A few weeks later he contacted my sister and stated that they were on their way...Great she said. Here it is in March and nothing as of yet since that conversation a few weeks ago. I contacted Tyler via Covert website and received no reply at all, nor has my sister been contacted. 1 star only because he represents this dealership Now before anything is assumed, obviously we are able to afford the purchase of these manuals, in no way did we expect him to pay out of his pocket...it was just a case of convenience, we are not cheap or expect something for nothing. The problem is if you could not deliver...simply call and let us know...easy as that., it's called Respect! It's the communication or lack there of that is the problem...I simply hate to be lied too....Seems that when the deal is done...See You Later....we drove a bout 60 miles or so because I thought that this was a great place to purchase....hence also recommended it to family. It seems that Buyer appreciation is no longer a GMC priority....had neg issues with GMC here in San Antonio as well...this after being a loyal customer for about 9-10 years. read more

My husband and I purchased a pre-owned 2022 Yukon Denali a few months ago and we have had nothing but issues with covert ever since. During our final walk through with the car, there were a few items that needed to be fixed and were noted on the report- most importantly the passenger mirror did not work or fold in. We purchased the extra warranty and the service plan so we hoped that everything would be easily taken care of. The service light went on within a week of having the vehicle, come to find out that they hadn't even given my car the basic oil change before they sold it. We reached out the next week to start the process (Feb 2025) and here we are in August still getting the run-around about getting the mirror fixed. When we took the car in for the oil change, they told us that the mirror needed to be completely replaced and that they would let us know when the part came in. We still hadn't heard from them a month later so we followed up. We were told the part was never ordered and now we would need to pay for the part in order to have it replaced. We were apprehensive about purchasing a pre owned vehicle but were assured that everything would be fine. We are so disappointed with this dealership and the lack of service they have provided. We even advised two sets of friends who were looking for a similar car not to go to them. read more

I love this dealership! Took in my 2007 for an airbag recall. Arrived early so I was just waiting in the parking lot. Jerome came up and asked if I needed help. Then directed me where to park and to the lobby area which was open with coffee and drinks. Matt my service representative greeted me when he arrived, wished me a happy birthday and explained the many waiting areas. Upon completion of the install, Matt walked me out to my car and removed the protective coverings used during service. This is most respectful dealership I have ever been to. I will definitely purchase a new vehicle from Covert Bee Cave when the time comes and will send all my friends their way! read more
