I was shocked to spend almost $60K for a car to learn that they didn't provide a simple oil change before purchase. 2 weeks later the car has a blow out with my entire family. Again something simple that should have been checked out by the dealership. When I tried to change the tire the lug nut key was not in the car. So i was stuck with my family of 5 on the side of the road. Luckily I had a contact with a dealership that was close to me at the time and they came out and were able to get the locking lug nut off at no charge. They will get all the service business and future purchases going forward. At the end of the day you expect a luxury dealership to offer some basic service that was just not provided.
