Our septic high water alarm kept going off. We kept resetting it and it would slowly drain. He had a crew at my house 4 hours later. David unclogged a drain plug on the pump and the pump started working again. The pump was15 years old and we asked them to replace it. They gave us a written quote and a choice of pumps. They installed a new pump and pumped out the tank. At no point did THEY try to sell me a pump or anything else. In this day and age ya gotta appreciate that. They were prompt, courteous and did a great job. And that's how you earn customers!
