They were supposed to order & Install parts, but someone dropped the ball and then he also changed what was being said about condition of tank and ignorded/refussed to follow up. Our septic high water alarm kept going off. We kept resetting it and it would slowly drain. Then the pump just stopped working and the water level in the pump chamber got so high we had to stop using water. Called Josef on a Friday around 10:30 in the morning. He had a crew at my house 4 hours later. David unclogged a drain plug on the pump and the pump started working again. The pump was15 years old and we asked them to replace it. They gave us a written quote and a choice of pumps. They installed a new pump and pumped out the tank. At no point did THEY try to sell me a pump or anything else. In this day and age ya gotta appreciate that. They were prompt, courteous and did a great job. And that's how you earn customers! read more

Did you know it's possible to literally LOVE a septic company?! I'm talking love here folks, like the stuff dreams are made of!!! I never in my life thought I'd be so thankful for someone that does it all right. These are good guys, they run a great company and their customer service is tip top. We had a nightmare situation when we bought a large house that the builder/owner said, "oh well when I bought the house, we just drove across the neighbor's lot to get to the septic field." huh ok, dude but now there's a house there and unless it's an emergency, I'm not asking that of my neighbors. Every company we called basically told us to eat it, it's not possible to deal with this distance or hillside. To be fair and totally honest, even these guys said it was possible and then some other manager came in the day we were scheduled and pulled us off saying it was too difficult. We were literally terrified about what on earth we were going to do because we were out of time. Then we called again and another manager offered to have someone come check to see if they could do it with their new trucks. Low and behold one of the nicest men I've ever met (Josef) , drove out to our house on a random weekend afternoon, in his own personal truck and said it was not only possible, but they'd love the job and our continued business. I swear we damn near started crying out of relief and happiness. Customers for life. Just give a contract and I'll sign anything they want. read more

These guys are great. The office staff worked to get us in when we had a problem with our septic system, and Joseph, who came out to pump our tanks, took the time to help diagnose the issues we were having and show me some routine maintenance I should be doing on my system. On Joseph's advice, we had a specialist come out and clean out the pipe from the house, and sure enough there was a large grease plug in the pipe. I highly recommend this company. read more

All Cen Tex answered their own phones, got a truck headed my way and got my tank pumped, rinsed, sludge filter rinsed out, and all done within a couple hours of my initial call. I've been using All Cen Tex since my late husband and I moved to Lago Vista in 1996. Always very reliable service and very professional. One thing I'd like to note is that they've increased their septic pumping prices from $500 to $695. I recommended my neighbor to them. 2 years ago she only paid $500. I'm in by no means complaining, I just think it's a dramatic increase. Our technician, Josef, that came out is totally fantastic! He gave us a lot of good advice! Got on schedule for a $500 service, but before sending them Jennifer walked me through what some of the issues might be. Turned out to be a clogged filter that I took care of myself ... she could have brought money into the business today, but instead their business model is to bring satisfaction to the customer first. Joe came out the same day pumped the system took time to listen to the issues and thoroughly examine everything. He didn't upsell and reassured me everything was in working order. Even wrote care directions on my invoice. The next day when I was still having issues I called and was walked through exactly what to do and look for. Well, I heard the ol' buzzer going off and went out to check it. Couldn't feel any vibrations from the pump so I called Cen Tex. They said they'd be there Wednesday around lunch, but to my joy showed up Tuesday evening. It was, once again, the pump wiring (that was installed by the builder sub; not Cen Tex) so they fixed me up again. Pumped out the tank and buttoned everything back up. They worked into the dark again to get us going. They said the pump still has life left in it even though it's getting old and not to worry about replacing it till it dies. Once again; honest guys. When the pump gives up the ghost, I'll be calling them for my new one. read more

Early Saturday morning, doing laundry; husband heard gurgling at septic tank. Called All Cen Tex; immediate response from Liza, who was extremely sympathetic. She got ahold of Joe who was enroute to discharging other chores. Long story short, all good by 10:30 that same morning! Fire ants had shorted pump, and Joe replaced it and emptied tanks. I even saw him checking the tanks with a flash light! What grass he dug to get to covers were replaced very well. Had used this company almost 10 years ago; my old notes indicated "good service." We called ALL CEN TEX when our alarm light came on. Called their office. The ladies, Liza and Jennifer were professional and knowledgable. We set up service and the tech Joe called when on the way like they said he would. He showed up with his assistant Peter, uniformed and in a nice truck. They told us the problem, we said fix it. They informed us throughout the whole process. They pumped the tanks and replaced the pump and float switch. The price was as quoted. A great experience from call to office to completion of the job. They came out to do a pumping. They wrote the credit card from the owner of the house down wrong. He happened to go out of town for a week and they called me. I told them he would call when he got back in town. They called the entire week long. I ended up calling back early and paying. The women who answered the phone was snappy and rude! I would not recommend using them because they also over charged me! They quoted me a price of $350 and it ended up costing $490. He did have to dig one of the lids. It's $30 bucks for 15 min. It wasn't 15 min. He also charged for extra pumping. The tank wasn't even full! He had to use a snake. I could have done that gladly! I own it! I would not recommend them. read more

Untrustworthy! They came recommended to pump my tank. The technican went on and on about how bad my pump looked and told me I would need a new one soon. After they left, 10 days later my high water alarm went off. My pump was not pumping. I called 2 other septic companies and they were both helpful in guiding me to check it. Amazing my pump was plugged into the wrong outlet and wasn't even running. So, it was simply an outlet problem. So, did AllCentex employee plug it in wrong outlet because he didn't know what he was doing or because it would cause me to think I needed a new pump( I'm a lady who they must have thought didn't know better).????
