One bid was more than twice what Igor quoted. We arranged for him to come out on Saturday to build the shed. He arrived at 7:15am. I showed Igor where I wanted the shed, and he started working diligently. I'm very happy with the results. It took Igor longer than expected due to the uneven gravel the shed was built on top of but he didn't complain or demand more money. Igor is total pro, very nice, very professional, and I would definitely hire him again for other jobs.
