Attended a wedding here, didn't know this place existed. It's located in a plaza and has plenty of…read moreparking. It is for a smaller crowd it can hold up to 160 people. The space can be spilt into two. They set up first half when you walk in for the wedding and the second half for the reception. There is a second door you can enter for the reception area thats where the bridal party entered. There are two single bathrooms for the establishment around the corner. It is a decent space for the smaller events.

Terri and John worked really HARD, to make she our event was unforgettable. When it came to…read moreprofessional etiquette they went ABOVE and BEYOND to make my staff feel UNWELCOME and UNSKILLED. They followed them around the facility and condescendingly barked out orders and reprimanded them. They were clearly exhausted from hosting large parties the entire weekend so by the time they got to my event on a Sunday afternoon, they were simply devoid of any ounce of customer service. We were told there would be security. There was none. I paid for an "open" beverage bar to include pop water and wine. I provided 8 bottles of my OWN champagne despite the fact that she said outside alcohol was not permitted and when that was all gone she declined to offer the wine that I PAID her to provide. Terri served my guests soft drinks from a previous event--warm, flat Coke from the party before ours! Her husband yelled at my grandchildren and sparked a verbal confrontation during which threats of physical violence were made and harsh language exchanged ALL DURING THE COURSE OF MY EVENT. She was less than accommodating on very minor issues which made it clear that she did not value me as a patron . For instance, she stored a throne chair behind the buffet table, and when I asked her to move it so that my servers could access that space she argued that there was "no place else to put it". She also failed to remove the cake stand that I clearly indicated I did not want to use. The banner for the backdrop was hung in such a way that made it impossible to take pictures without having to edit them to cover up the borders. In short, if I were you, I would only do business with this place if: Money was no object You don't care how your guests are treated The terms of the agreement aren't kept And you don't mind the owner of the business partaking in your event as if she was an invited guest including eating the food!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at this Staybridge Suites was…read moreunacceptable from start to finish. First, the basic maintenance and cleanliness were nonexistent. Despite multiple requests for housekeeping, our room was never cleaned regularly. When you're staying at an extended-stay property, you expect a baseline of hygiene that was simply never met here. The service at the front desk was equally disappointing. Luisa missed a critical wake-up call, and when confronted, her excuse was that the calls "weren't working yesterday" so it "wasn't their problem." There was no apology for the inconvenience or the potential impact on my schedule. To make matters worse, the facility itself is falling apart: No Hot Water: The water system broke during our stay, meaning no hot showers. Broken Fridge: The refrigerator in our suite failed, causing all of our groceries to spoil. When I brought these mounting issues to the attention of Keenan, the General Manager, he basically pushed back and wrote passive aggressive email with very little sympathy. I will note did not meet Keenan as they were never at the property...

Front desk guy was very pleasant (even before this incident) and accommodative considering we wanted to check out asap. Have not heard an apology from management yet. I did a quick search online and this is a nymph which suggests there are many more and this is both a pest control and lack of cleanliness issue. I don't know if I saw one or two. I grabbed my phone and just started taking photos so we could show the front desk and get the heck out of there! Even with a refund of the few hours we were there this totally ruined our trip. I feel bad for all the people that are there and may unknowingly be bringing something home with them!

In the lobby they have seating and a small cafe. They offer pricey breakfast and sandwiches. They had a pool, hot tub and fitness room that I got a peak of but didn't get to use. Our room was typical - would have loved to have been able to open the sliding door to go outside but I guess it is blocked for safety reasons. The hotel was pricey for how basic it is but I guess that is what they cost in the area. Overall, it was a good stay.

First visit back in March 2024 was a pleasant one, so decided to try it out again at this hotel after finding a reservation with very good rates a month ahead of time. When checking in at the front desk at 2:40 PM on Wednesday, 8/21/24, was greeted right away by the employees. I received excellent service for my reservation booking and even got complimentary bottles of water along with some information regarding the Navy Boot Camp. The packet contained important timings and directions for the graduation ceremony as well as places nearby to eat at and visit. In addition, requesting for extra bath towels, body lotion, and some toothpaste were met with care and in a timely manner from our hotel room. Requesting for toiletries and bath items from Housekeeping when they came by to clean the room was met with great expectations! Amenities around the hotel and restaurants, retail stores nearby was a plus, as they were walkable and very accessible! We really enjoyed our stay once again! Good service. Parking spaces are kind of narrow, though. If there are inconsiderate people who park outside the lines and are too lazy to fix their cars, it is hard to find a nice space to park correctly in.
