The young man at the counter was extremely helpful since i am new to all this process. He explained the timeline for alterations and made my experience really awesome. I took my husband's suitcoat there, it wasn't cleaned correctly, I left it there to be recleaned & I never got it back,I called about 3 times, I was told someone would call me back, I never got that call, & it's been about a month & a half now, I wouldn't ever take anything else there, or recommend them, stay away from this place! MAN OH MAN!!!!!! Where should I began... I took my blue Nike polo shirt here to get dry cleaned because of a small cologne stain at the bottom of it. When my shirt back they took care of the cologne stains, but I noticed a few other stains at the top of the shirt. To top it off, I have two sweat patches under the arms of the shirt. It's evident that somebody has had this shirt on and sweated out all their problems and struggles of the day on my brand new shirt that I've haven't even had a week yet. The manager assured me nobody had it on, and she had trusted employees that have working there for 3 years. We went back and forth about it but could never explain the sweat patches on my shirt. I asked 1000 people and they all gave the same answer, "those are sweat patches and someone had that shirt on." Even their own employees at the store said that they look like sweat patches and someone else had it on. The manager failed to realize that if she was in my shoes and she was the customer, she would of said the same thing, that somebody had this shirt on and would had been highly upset if told otherwise. I recommend nobody should do business here. I would take my clothes down to the river and beat them on a rock before I go here where we trust their employees of "3 years" to do their job and not ware the clothes that I sent for them to clean. read more

This place is a joke. I literally dropped 3 items off because I had a stain on my polo shorts that I really liked so I thought I would give a cleaners a try. Get my items back and got home to take ut out the plastic and the stain was literally still there. Got a clean damp towel to wipe it and it came out. Would not recommend this place to anyone. I took my hooded winter coat to their on Monday. The employee took the coat in the back and was gone awhile. When he returned, he told me that charge would be for two pieces of clothing, as he removed the hood from the coat. I had sewn the buttons tight in the button holes several years ago. It took him all the time he was in the back to work the hood off the coat. It was Very disturbing to know what he did. That hood was not coming off but he made sure it did. I am not going back there. $9 for the coat and $9 for a small hood. I am so unhappy and feel I deserve my hood fee back. I can only wish, I'm sure. read more

I had a custom made military suit cleaned here. It was brand new and very detailed. The buttons in this suit were very hard to find only to find out that they outsource the cleaning to another company. Well by doing so, I don't know how but the button was missing and no one noticed it. Usually when buttons get ripped from clothing the cleaners generally let you know or put it back on. I took the jacket back to the place its been now two weeks and all I got is a I will call you back. This is unacceptable as that was told to me twice already. I have given this business many chances...but today I am done. They have lost my items several times causing up to a week delay with no follow up on their end even after requesting a simple phone call once the items were located. They are either under staffed, mismanaged, or under trained - possibly a combination of all three? It is always chaos when dropping off or picking up items. Took in a down coat. When I picked it up the coat was still damp after I removed the plastic. It smelled. And the down ended up bunched in one sleeve. It only cost $4.50 but I'd willingly pay more for it to be done right. read more

I took Two brand new pair of jeans in to get pressed and starched a pair of True Religion jeans that were $289 and a pair of Levi's that were $70. Both brand new pair of jeans took the tags off when I gave them to the cleaners. When I was told they were ready to be picked up, I got them made it home looked at them and burn marks completely down the side of them and all around the belt loops both pair. I called back and spoke to the gentleman and he told me to bring them back to be fixed. Took the jeans back and they tried to reclean them, the burn marks never came off. So he marked them as damage told me that he passed the info to his supervisor to contact me this was almost 3 weeks ago she still has not contacted me nor tried to resolve the issue of replacing them. I have left over 5 messages now for her to call and still have not received anything. I own barbershops in the area so I always recommended them to my clients. But after this I will surely let folks know what they stand for. read more

I will not recommend this place to anyone dropped off my Kobe Bryant jersey limited edition that I bought as a collector so I drop of my item on Sunday and I was promised for turn around Monday because I needed to leave to head back home 300 miles away I stay in Indianapolis I show up Monday only to find out my item isn't there I needed to leave on Monday and I made it very clear that if it can't be done in one day I would rather take it home with me they told me it can be done which was a lie terrible business I wasn't happy with this place being that I had to pay for a extra night for a hotel while I wasn't contacted or anything after that about my item I just showed up Tuesday and some unprofessional woman acts like it was no issue and had a attitude like oh well which she actually stated oh well things happen and says I would have stayed the night in my car as a joke poor time for a joke I was also told they wouldn't charge me for the services since they messed up but that was another lie it was only $4 no big deal there of course but this place needs to really improve on service I can go on and on about this day because it was that terrible many other small details about this location but it won't really matter because they probably won't reach out and offer anything so please think long and hard before anyone takes they items here read the other reviews I believe the reviews on this place read more

Moved to the area and was very lucky to find this business. Clerks are very nice and friendly. Drop off on Monday, they ask if Thursday after 5 will be ok. By Late Tuesday or Wednesday you have a text message saying your dry cleaning is ready. Never over promise. Would highly recommend this company. read more

RUDE & UNRELIABLE I dropped off a few garments there only because I was in a real pinch. When I went to pick them up, they were not all done. The girl behind the counter couldn't get her story straight as to why they weren't done. She said she put a note in the system that I won't have to pay for garments when I come back to pick them up due to the delay. When I went to pick them up a few days later, the manager waited on me. Of course, there was no note in the system to say I shouldn't be charged. I explained the situation to her & her response was "Well, I'm the manager and I'm charging you" (All the while she is holding up my clothes in one hand away from me, as if I am going to snatch them and run out). We went back and forth like this for a solid 10 minutes until she finally threw my clothes down on the counter, stormed off and screamed "Have a nice day to me" Literally one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I dropped off a couple of shirts Monday morning just before 9. They said they would be ready after 5 on Tuesday. I stopped in Wednesday morning to pick them up and they could not find my shirts. They said come back Thursday after 5. When I picked them up Thursday the guy tells me how much I owe. I said, "You expect me to pay after you lost my shirts and didn't have them ready on time?" He said, "yeah". We went back and forth and he told me that's what they do, apparently charging you even when they don't do their job correctly. I didn't have time to go around and around arguing about it. I told the guy I would never use them again, I would go to the cleaners across the street. All he said was, "sorry". They apparently have changed ownership and now the service is poor. I would recommend everyone avoid Premium Cleaners. read more

They constantly rip buttons off and do NOT replace them. You have to point it out to them when you bring the shirt back in. They also have now increased their price 3 times now for a business shirt. If you have a coupon it is now up to $1.60. If you have a sweater, dont bring it to them for cleaning. I have turned in two sweaters now and both have come back with strings pulled through them. They claim they can fix it, but it never looks the same. read more
