The Domain is now a sought-after destination - where shopping (casual and high-end), dining, night life and other fun experiences converge. You can go shopping, meet a friend for happy hour, or do something completely fun and adventurous in the course of the day or evening. One of my Finance groups hosts a monthly Finance meeting at The Domain. Shopping...some of my favorite fun stores are at the Domain such as J. Crew and Anthropologie. I love these two stores because they have unique goods at great prices, in general, and specifically, have amazing sales. If you are a big baller, you can shop at stores like Neiman Marcus, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Tiffany's and whole host of other high stores. I'm a tiny baller. Smile. Dining - At the Domain you can get reasonably priced foods to high end fare. Some of my favorite places to dine in the Domain include Glorias, Flower Child, Paul Martin's and Haywire. Important to note, most restaurants have great happy hours and associated amazing prices. Nightlife - Some say that The Domain (especially on Rock Rose Avenue) is the new 6th Street (known for its bars and Live music). I would not venture out that far. However, if you want to party in the wee hours of the night, you can do it at The Domain. Fun Experiences - You can transport yourself to fun such as IPIC movie theatre, Museum of Illusion or the Battle of the Games. Last weekend I discovered the Barkin Creek Dog Kitchen & Bath...so, The Domain is not only for humans. Love The Domain...I am sure I will see you there!

Lakeline Ranch Dental disappointed me, because the dentist neglected prevention empowerment, even when I specifically asked, so I had to find another dentist. Along the bus line; that is a plus! When I think of the name of this office park "The Shops at Pecan Park", my mind conjures up places…read moreto purchase gifts for family, places to buy yourself a snack, and places to buy Austin memorabilia. This office park does not reflect its name. Instead you'll find an insurance agency, a fitness place, and "Cartridge World". There use to be beautiful green space there, but developers act like they have to fill every green space until the United States becomes one continuous city from coast to coast. This place does have positives. Like other small office parks, it seems to fill the air with tranquility. If you have a profitable business that enables and requires you to acquire office space, then this building could offer you an opportunity to be productive in an atmosphere of tranquility. I've been back here like three times in a month and I enjoy the peace and organization here. I am not sure if they still have the rewards system like they did (I earned $ rewards to use for certain $ amount you spend). I just came back here after searching other two locations in a different city and got the under seat luggage. It was the same amount than the non name brand I found in other retail discount stores.

There's a large shoe section, with a good focus on children's shoes. I noted a large accessories department with name brand handbag designers. However both times I've visited the store, the handbags were fairly disorganized. Also, and I'm not sure why I was surprised, there was a section with linens, pet items, luggage, and other typical department store sections. They were exceptionally small, but being the Rack and not the main branch, it makes sense.

When you think of the Arboretum, you likely think of businesses from Capitol of Texas Highway and Research Blvd including Great Hills Trails and Jollyville Road areas. This area has evolved over the 25+ years we have lived nearby. Some anchor stores include the Cheesecake Factory, Soma, and Chico's in one section of the Arboretum. Another Area include Target, Jason's Deli and World Market. The Arboretum also includes stores like Hallmark, La Madeline and TJ Maxx (for all the Maxinistas). The Renaissance Hotel is a notable hotel used for special events and conferences and has been around as long as I can remember. You can find just almost anything in this area of the city. We lost some key businesses like TGIF, Macaroni Grill, Pier 1 Imports and Gap. However, places like Trader Joe's and Modern furniture have been great additions. The mix of stores is nicely balanced between... local and national level businesses. The layout is especially walkable with places to sit and relax. The green space at the Arboretum is truly a highlight from picnic areas near Amy's ice cream to the Arboretum duck pond. The Arboretum offers a plethora of business to frequent. The Arboretum, in general, has moderately priced goods and great customer service. We welcome you to try our niche of Austin.

Open-air mall with offerings from stores like Soma, Chico's, Lamps Plus, and so much more…read more Whether you need a new sofa, fancy jewelry, an everyday bra, or toiletries, this shopping mall for suburbanites is the place to be. Restaurants, cafes, and coffee shops. Outdoor areas to relax and stroll (Arboretum Duck Pond) on walking trails and tree-lined streets. The mall opened in 1985 and manages to stay relevant in a time when online shopping is the preference over old school malls. Nice place to grab a bite or grab a new outfit.

I've walked around this lovely and expansive shopping district a few times while in town and every…read moretime I've felt inspired. They have a little bit for everybody and the selections are very diverse; they sell all types of things from tech to furniture to gift shops galore. There are a bunch of eateries, cafes, and dessert places as well, so when you're tired of shopping you can fill your stomach up easily. So far, my favorites to hit up are the Amazon Bookstore, Herman-Miller, Gong Cha, Bakery Lorraine, Theory, Apple, and the beautiful earthy-themed Starbucks. I'm excited to try out more places here post-Covid, especially the bars and clubs. During my recent visits, I noticed all the festive touches the whole place seems to add to each venue and major walkway. There is no shortage of cute photo ops and murals for those wall pics if you're trying to spice up the feed! Another plus is that parking is FREE and there are a ton of spaces since they have different garages available. If you're in Austin or Round Rock, you should def come visit and spend a few hours perusing this impressive behemoth of an outdoor shopping mall.
