Beware! Believe the MANY bad reviews! Paid this company $10k for new gutters. Three of them are dented. Clint claims they were dented after install, but he never visited the house to make that determination. He just assumes his guys wouldn't have dented them. Fine, I say...we will pay more money for more new (not dented) gutters. Clint promised to provide a quote to come back and replace the dented gutters at more cost to us. Yay!! Weeks went by but no call or email. I finally got in touch only to be told "we are too busy." When I reminded him he said he would do the job and wasn't a man of his word- he agreed to send me a quote but said "you won't like the price." WOW! Seriously? I told him how wrong it is to openly price gouge a client who just paid him $10,000 for new gutters. Funny- in their own words they say the following: "Please take the yelp reviews with a grain of salt as we follow up with each complaint and have always warranted our work or fixed issues caused by others just to keep the customer satisfied." This is exactly the issue we had. Yet he wasn't willing to do a thing for us. If you're going to put it in writing, Clint- you should be willing to follow through. Non existent customer service. I would not hire this company to do your gutters. If you have any problems they are extremely hard to get a hold of and If you are able to set up an appointment they will know show. We purchased a home through Taylor Morrison in Travisso. Trying to get any sort of warranty work done through them is impossible. They do not return calls they play the Builder's warranty team against the homeowner, Finally you are so frustrated you give up and hire someone independent to fix the problems. *Update* I received a call from the company shortly after my review. They were courteous and professional in their dealings with me. They sent another crew out to my house when I was present. I was able to show them the trouble area and they were able to fix the problem in a short amount of time. Following today's rain the job appears to have been completed. I appreciate the company sticking with it and fixing the trouble area. *original post* A little less than a year ago I had my house re-guttered. I opted for the additional gutter guards that significantly increased the cost of the project. Every time we get substantial rainfall I call Lakeline back and ask them to check out a particular side of the house as the gutters don't seem to be working properly. I have made no less than 10 calls to their office and I have been told on at least two different occasions that they have sent someone out to look at the gutter in question. Both times I have been told the issue is resolved. Here we are again with another rain and yet again my gutters don't work. I had Lakeline install gutters and gutter covers which went smoothly; however, one section is misaligned and causing a waterfall every time it rains. I've had Lakeline out to repair the section but was told that my gutters were no longer under warranty, and even though they reluctantly sent someone out to investigate the problem, I was told that everything was fine and nothing could be or would be done. Now that I've lived with this problem for a few years, my door is rotting where the water comes into my house due to the waterfall issue they created. Be very cautious when engaging with this company. The quality of the gutters they install is very good but I agree with the prior reviewer that the process to get there is very painful. YOU have to manage the job and chase after them on scheduling and to get the work done. Clint in particular has a very poor understanding of how to communicate with his customers and the meaning of customer service. Some details below if you care to read further. Their first installation date had to be delayed because their work was behind due to weather. No issue. They missed the rescheduled appointment but did not contact me. It was only after I spent half of a day trying to reach someone at the company to find out what was going on that I was told that they would not make the appointment. They admitted that they knew on the previous Friday that they would not make it (this was a Monday) but had not contacted me. This is really not acceptable since I had arranged my schedule to be on site for the installation. On the morning of the rescheduled installation, they called to say that they were short of crew due to illness and needed to reschedule. Ok, these things happen. At least they called. Finally, a crew got to my house on the next rescheduled date. Then it became obvious that their crew management is severely lacking. The crew walked around my house and determined that they did not have the right ladders for the job (even though the ladder requirements were specifically called out on in the bid). This kind of screw-up is clearly avoidable with competent management. Three weeks since the first scheduled installation date, a crew shows up ready to do this job on the rescheduled date. The crew proceeds to remove the existing gutters. After removing all of the gutters, they discover that they can't install the new gutters at the proper height because of the construction of my roof drip edge and location of the fascia board. Now I am stuck with no gutters and no simple solution to install the new gutters at their proper height. The Lakeline estimator revisited and identified new a plan to mount the new gutters. However, again, getting the installation scheduled was a struggle. Rather than being contacted by the office to schedule completion of a job that they had stopped work on, I had to work for four days to track down someone at Lakeline to get the installation scheduled. When I complained about how I was working harder than Lakeline to get this job completed, Clint told me that he would rather leave me with a half-completed job rather than listen to my complaints. Clint made it clear that his business was going very well and he didn't care if he lost my business. So much for listening to your customers about how you can improve your business. The crew arrived to complete the installation five and a half weeks since the originally scheduled installation date. However, when I asked the crew what they planned to do, the instructions they were given were not the same as the plan I had been given by the estimator. It took me contacting the estimator and his visiting the work site to get the crew on the right plan. If I had not been on site and checked their installation plan, the new gutters would have been installed incorrectly! Once completed, the work was of good quality and the crew showed a true interest in doing a quality installation. Be prepared to spend a lot of time trying to contact this company for scheduling and managing their work if you want the job done properly. Customer satisfaction and quality support is not a care-about for this company. read more

I had my Gutters installed in June 2013. My invoice clearly states a 5 year warranty but it is as worthless as the paper it is written on. My gutters have overflowed since day one. I tried to have a tech come look at the problem. Even after 3 years I tried again to have someone look at the portion over my patio that leaks every rain. Not just leaks, but overflows, pours. To no avail - emails exchanged with the company assuring me a tech would come out to look at the problem. Still waiting. If it is price you are seeking - they were the cheapest - but if you need any warranty work done you are out of luck with this company. read more

Boy am I glad I got 3 bids prior to having gutters installed on my home. My home is 1575 sgft and single story. 1st bid 3800 dollars, 2nd bid 2600 dollars, Lakeline 3rd bid and I went with them. After reading reviews I was a little skeptical (and true the office could be better) however the gutters are Great and the install crew were outstanding !!! I highly recommend these folks. At the time I only needed a small job done. I own commercial property and sometimes the job is large and other times they are small. I had called around to several gutter installation companies only to find that most had a minimum charge of $450 to $500 to even come out. I can only guess what will happen if you need warranty repairs or a small repair after warranty. Not only did LakeLine Seamless gutters do the repair for much less than this minimun charge they were very courteous, on-time and on budget. Great Job guys !!! These guys did my small house over in Cedar Park a few years ago, did a good job, very professional. Made the gutters right there on-site with a special machine, wouldn't let me play with it though :( but I do understand, you don't really want me to run the gutter machine. Never had a leak, never had the gutters come loose, great job and they matched my fascia colors, so it was a real custom looking job. read more

Scheduled an estimate with Lakeline gutters almost a week in advance. Took time off work for the estimate. I called the office when no one showed up and they said they would check into it. I got a call from the guy that was supposed to be doing the estimate and he was still over an hour away. No call to let me know ahead of time. What a waste of my time. When a business cannot even treat you right when they are trying to get your business I can only imagine how bad they will treat you once they have it. Very poor service. read more

I am normally a forgiving person, but this company pushed me to the limits. They began by not measuring correctly $60 in their favor which they corrected when confronted. The job was very small (124ft), but they did not show up when promised, nor did they call. For four days I was promised they would be on the job, but each time there were excuses for not coming....despite the fact I had to cancel and reschedule several personal appointments to accommodate their "schedule". They finally came, dislodged the old gutters and then never shown up again until I called and they then concluded they could not do the job because they didn't have the right tools....!!!!! When management was asked it they would be some adjustment in the price to offset the problems caused the customer, the response was, "well, that is just the way it goes with some construction projects"!! The people who own this company are probably nice folks, but they have lost control of the business and the customer bears the consequences.
