    Basketball courts
    Carlos D.

Sporting event facility that host basketball and other sporting events. The basketball arena has 12 individual courts where 12 games can be simultaneously played. The courts are spaced in such a way as not to have much interference. Each court has bench seating for fans and parents. Each court has two game score boards...great facilities and they have free wifi!! There is more than ample parking and plenty of dining options within 5 miles of the facility.

The facility is top notch and the community is getting bigger and bigger. They have plenty of space to work with and more restaurants, hotels, and even an excellence center are actively in the works. On the beach volleyball side the facility is well maintained, they hold events and pick-up play constantly, and the community is welcoming as well as competitive. The courts and sand are pure quality and the LED lights enhance the entire experience for sure. I see a lot of positives here and don't mind driving up from Buckhead to be a part of it's growth each week. Highly highly recommend you check it out for whatever sports you may be involved in. You won't regret it.

Loved this indoor place! They have a climbing wall area with a lot of different kinds of walls. This place is huge! They have a bunch of video games for kids. Also my favorite part was the yoghurt ice scream place and the pizza restaurant. You can literally spend a whole day here.

This is the epitome of a 5 star facility in the southeast. From the playing area, concessions, and restroom everything was well taken care of. I really enjoyed a weekend of great basketball. Hope to be back soon.

This is a great secret that not enough know about!!! We went with 9 people and had a blast. All of us did the outdoor putt putt and some did the climbing walls. It was fun to watch my fiance who is 50 scale these amazing walls. He even made it to the top of the stairway to heaven. The indoor glow in the dark putt putt was a little lame, but as a group we all still made it fun. There is a full service bar and it looked liked food, but we didn't eat. GO HERE. It would be a fun holiday afternoon when the kids get a little crazy.

    Gorgeous day in Emerson, GA!

Like others said, it's a gorgeous facility; however, $20 to get in to watch your child play a game of basketball is robbery.

The weather was so breezy, mild, and nice that day, I had to look for places with outdoor dining…read more We saw that there were dog-friendly and had a little gated "dog park," so we decided to give this place a shot. Firstly, the service was great. The host and our server did nothing wrong. My husband had a couple of beers and thought they were great as well. That's why I'm giving 3 stars. They saved it from giving them 1. Phew. Now, with that being said, I write this review a whole day later because I cannot NOT write about our disappointment with the food itself. We ordered mozzarella wedges and fried pickles as appetizers. The fried pickles were fine, but we all took turns laughing and showing off how hollow each one of our mozzarella wedges was. It was all puff and no cheese. That was the start. Then we got our entrées. We ordered wings, a pepperoni flatbread, Cajun pasta, a chicken club sandwich, and fish and chips. My daughter liked the wings, but everything else was not good. I'm trying really hard not to use the word "terrible." My daughter described her pepperoni flatbread as, "I guess it's OK. It tastes like Chinese buffet pizza." My husband, who tries never to complain about food, said his chicken club tasted extremely burnt. I tried it and spit it out because it was so bitter. The pasta was just so very sad, and the garlic toast that came with it was even sadder. My fish and chips were not great either. No one liked the cold fries. We almost finished everything because it was late, we were starving, we're not necessarily picky, and the portions were extremely small. Again, my daughter liked her wings, so there's that. I don't enjoy writing bad reviews, but I also don't like paying a decent amount for bad food in this economy. I didn't want to complain to management because we weren't there to get anything comped, and I could already tell there was nothing I could suggest that would fix how bad our food was. I just could not, in good conscience, fail to warn the next customer about what to expect from the food

Stopped by Red Top Brewhouse and had a really good experience. Tried the Pine Mountain Pilsner on…read moredraft, light and refreshing and the Midnight Rider Oatmeal Stout, which was smooth and flavorful. We also ordered the Red Top BBQ flatbread, and it was very tasty. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxed, with Christmas music playing, and the service was quick and friendly. Overall, a solid spot for good beer, good food, and a nice time. Would definitely come back.

Tanyard Creek Overlook, also called the Acworth Community Center, opened within the past year…read more(2023). Adjacent to Logan Farm Park, it's a combination event center and community center. The place has a large ballroom that can probably host up to 400 or so; as with most ballrooms, it has dividers to make the room smaller. While it's not particularly opulent, it's clean and neat. It has a business feel with just a touch of nostalgia; one wall of the ballroom is brick with old warehouse-style arch ceilings. The bathrooms adjacent to the ballroom are nice but a bit small; the men's room has three urinals and two toilet stalls, so there is some wait if you have a large group. Kitchen services are available. There is also a large gym and some adjoining classrooms; the community center hosts day camps here. It's a nice facility without being particularly grandiose; some of the walls are cement block, some the usual gypsom drywall. There are open gym hours. There is some parking, though if you have a large group, the lot may fill up. There is more parking within easy walking distance, though. The staff are very helpful and on top of it. I accidentally wandered into an area where they were hosting a children's day camp, and they were on my like white on rice; I was quickly but courteously (but firmly) escorted elsewhere, so it's good that they're serious about protecting kids. All in all, it's a good facility. It's not a fairy tale come true, but I imagine it's economical, and it's a good public space with friendly folks. A good addition to the community.
