I called to schedule a first time appointment and in order to make an appointment I have to have the medical card on hand so they can't take the number which doesn't make sense ! Let me start off by saying I hadn't been to a dentist in 4 years. Mainly because I didn't understand that through my medi-cal I also had dental coverage. If it weren't for someone else posting a great review of this place on a city Facebook page I wouldn't have even called in but I'm so happy I did. They looked me up with my DOB and Social and found my insurance info (I don't even have my insurance card but they told me where and how to get replacements) and quoted an examination and cleaning for a $1. The appointment was set for less than a week after my call. After my examination they told me they could complete all my fillings same day and it was still only that single dollar. I was in and out in under 2 hours for x-rays, an examination, cleaning and multiple fillings. The staff here is amazing. Veronica and Ashley up front were so sweet and got me checked in so easily and helped me with all my insurance stuff. Brenda took great care of me through my x-rays and fillings. Kelcie gave me a great cleaning and was so friendly. And Dr. Do performed my fillings so quickly and never once caused any discomfort. There was also a lovely woman who explained to me what all was included with my insurance and explained the best ways for me to get the most out of it and gave me a recommendation for any ortho I work I might want in the future. The facilities are clean and well maintained. They answered all questions and never once was I made to feel dumb or shamed for having gone so long without a dentist visit. If you're at all like me and feel intimidated by the idea of a dentist visit do yourself a favor and just call in. You can tell they really enjoy servicing our community and I know I'm gonna be coming here regularly from now on. read more

Brenna, probably the most gentlest, sweetest dental assistant who's ever taken my x-rays. The hygienist and dentist were both very caring, thorough and made sure I didn't have any questions. Went in for dental implant, they extracted the tooth $1200 later. They are suppose to follow up with me it's been a couple of months still no call. It's like they left me hanging . I'm really disappointed with the NO follow through especially because the whole procedure should end up costing over $5000. The outcome using this dentist office was extremely disappointing. The teeth on the first top denture were child size. Just awful. They recognized the error and of course they explained why with many "reasons". The second top denture was "horse like" with a very large overbite. $8000 really should of got me some teeth I could first use and secondly feel comfortable with the look. Both changed the way I look, not for the better. I finally had to accept the tiny teeth or pay a lot more money. One of the worst dentists I ever been to!!! Please consider before going here!!! I had not gone to the dentist for awhile and needed a root canal. The dentist started and then explained to me I need to go to a endo to complete the root canal because of calcium build up. When I got into the endo I found out she drilled the wrong way and I Almost lost that tooth!!! After 2 1/2 hours of a root canal luckily my tooth was saved. The dentist also was doing a deep clean that took her 10 minutes to do when it's suppose to take at least a hour??? She was one of the rudest dentists I have ever been to!!! I think I should receive a refund for the shit job they did!! read more

Very rude dentist and staff! Due to personal reasons including COVID-19 I had to reschedule appointments. While rescheduling an appointment I was randomly switched to a different person which I then restated my appointment change with this new person. I was told by this lady (whoever she was) that there was a "48 hour cancellation notice" which I was NEVER told about. Then proceeds just be rude for no reason, mind you I was switched to this person mid conversation with someone else. 'm never going back, I wouldn't want rude people working on my teeth anyways. Just don't waste your time, there are so many more dentist offices with more respect and better quality customer service. read more

This was my boys first time to this dentist, and I would DEFINITELY without a doubt say that I highly recommend this place. I told them about my sons bad cavity and the doctor immediately took care of it. He explained why he chose to fill it instead of pulling it, and wasn't quick to do any kind of unnecessary work. The front desk ladies were so nice and friendly right when we walked in the door. They were even able to see my husband and squeeze him in to see if he needed any work done. Scheduling a follow up appointment was easy as well. They were able to get my husband, my son (to finish his other cavities) and myself an appointment for the next day. I wanted to leave a good review after my first visit, but I waited to see how I would be treated after visiting a couple of times and after I brought my kids. I went for fills last year and a year later I need a fill on the same tooth (cause it fell out)...doesn't make sense that I need one given that I've taken good care of my teeth since that fill. I was also told by the billing department that I needed to pay 180 for the one refill and that my insurance won't cover it since I just went last year and I reached my maximum allowance. Called my insurance and they said nope not true you're fully covered, there's no maximum and they have to cover it since it was only a year later and I had nothing to do with the cavity fill coming out on the same tooth they were supposed to take care of. No way it should fall out so quick. I double check with my insurance again to make sure everything was understood and she again tells me that I haven't reached my maximum allowance and I'm able to have the cavity "refilled" and I'm covered and do not have to wait the 3 years that I was being told at the dentist office. Hmmm that's suspicious. Who do I believe? My insurance or the dentist? Then another woman who was a student checks my teeth and claims I have severe decay and need my teeth extracted.....huh? How does that happen in a year since I last visited? Then the dentist who filled my tooth says no I don't have any decay just the filling that fell out. My daughter also had the same problem where her filling fell out and needed to be redone...first time we've experienced fillings falling out in just one year, so she too was told she wasn't covered. Insurance confirmed she is. Then my children's insurance changed and I wasn't told anything until much later they were being charged each time they got x rays and that they were not covered at that dentist and are out of network. Nope...they were in fact covered by their first and second insurance and they should have billed them. I mean I guess they don't have to since they get money out of it although, I recall asking numerous times what's covered and what isn't, even my daughter heard me ask. I checked online through the insurance, to see my son was billed by this dentist for something he didn't receive...tooth decay on tooth 1-32....how?? He doesn't have cavities and he was only 4 at the time of said service and he has only 22 teeth. He just saw a new dentist and he has zero cavities. What's going on here?? Checked to see right now this dentist is still in their insurance network....why are you guys charging for the X-rays that are covered? We don't go here anymore and I've called my insurance to tell them about the bills I've gotten after they billed my first insurance and they should have sent it to my second. I was being wrongfully billed since we were covered for everything. A complaint has been filed. read more

Received a bill from Oct. 2018 today. (It's Jan 2020) and my wife is also a cash customer. Their office is about a mile away and it took over a month to get to my home. Never billed before always paid cash every visit. I challenged the new employee and she told me if I had a problem she would talk to her boss. I told her to precede and I'd discuss it with her boss and she told me it was the owner. I informed her to go ahead and I'd wait for a reply and have other dentist I can goo to. The then tells me she would right it off and enjoy my new dentist (35.00) was the total. Very professional toward customer. Always so nice in the past! I've been going to this office for about a year now. The front and back staff are always super friendly and nice. Especially the front office manager and the hygienist I see every 3 months. They have these AMAZING extra, extra soft toothbrushes they sell in the office. I bought FIVE the last time I was there (At about $4 each, they ARE a little pricey compared to the Colgate brushes you can get for $1 in stores, but worth it). Once you've tried these toothbrushes, the "soft" ones you buy in the store will feel like a Brillo Pad on your teeth/gums. The office also pushed the insurance company on my behalf to approve a deep cleaning they saw I needed. They're also open until 6 PM most nights, which is nice, and flexible with scheduling. read more

Let me start by saying I hate going to the dentist. I hate the little cardboard things in my mouth for the x rays. I hate going. I'm nervous, scared and overall just uncomfortable. Well my tooth was killing me so I needed to be seen. So I looked on yelp to find a good dentist. I was not disappointed. I called the office and was pleasltly greeted by Bere. She told me that I could come in same day. I got there and was greeted by her again. she was very nice along with Veronica ( I hope that was her name) I went back to do xrays and the assistant was also super nice and gentle while putting those things in my mouth. then she sat me down to wait for the doc.
