The front of…read morethe roof was also sagging which made this a more complicated fix, but they were able to install support to level it out and really improve the look of the house. It was a big job and they also ran into some issues with rot which they were able to fix. Josh and Cam were great to work with! Their communication throughout the project was great and they worked hard to get it done on time. They had great attention to detail and we really felt we could trust that they were doing quality work that would last, not just rushing through the job. We compared quotes with other companies before hiring them, and their price was very competitive. I will definitely use Ravenwood Builders for future jobs and would highly recommend them to anyone.

He started the job when he said he would, worked hard, and finished on time. He cleaned up after himself, even going so far as to wipe out our new cupboards, and sweep our new kitchen floor. He's very reasonably priced too. The quote we got for windows from the place advertising as THE CHEAPEST was $7000 more than we paid Pete!

Not within a 1/2 hour. On the dot like he was set by an atomic clock. So were his subcontractors. As a homeowner who has waited 1/2 a day for guys to show up this was so nice. Pete was respectful of our house and effects, helpful and informative and articulate. He replaced an old linoleum counter top with new laminate and replaced a sink. Both the plumber, Steve Brillinger, and Richard Jordan, the laminate installer were wonderful. Finished on time, within budget, and it looks fantastic. Nicest group of folks that ever worked in our home.

The owner was very nice, communicated the project great, and timing of project was good as well…read more Unfortunately, the quality was really bad for the amount of money spent. We had to have our basement completely redone after a pipe burst. It was a horrible situation and we couldn't wait to have our space back but we still don't because the quality at the end of the project has us now fixing things ourselves. When we hired him, we also wanted to add two custom built in's, along with fixing our basement back to original. Both of these custom built in's were very low quality. Many things in our basement are not level, plum, or square. One built-in is so un level and out of square that it is now unusable. I believe he tried, He just doesn't have the experience or is at the quality level for doing custom work for home interior. He does contract out for some projects and the company who he hired to do the drywall and paint were amazing so we were very thankful for that. He was aware of our concerns and offered to try and fix things, but due to multiple times through out the project of pointing out similar concerns we are just at the point now we will fix it ourselves. Overall the majority of our basement is OK, but we are definitely not in love with the fishised results.

He plan was to run two lines, however, he found the issue with the original electrical line, and only had to run the updated line for the GFCI. He put all of the outlets back in the wall that I had exposed to get him the overview of the job. He completed the work of troubleshooting the electrical issue and ran a new line up through a crawl space in three hours.
