So I was super excited because it's hard for me to know when I will get free time, and that night I knew I could get my nails done and have my kids watched a little later. So them telling me yes was awesome. I got there and I had gotten Eden doing my nails. I get them done regularly, but am used to not asking for too much so it's not complicated. I showed him a picture I had found online. Told Eden that the colors didn't need to match exactly but something close. He went to work and was super gentle and fast. He is very good at his job. He did run overtime and I apologized for keeping him past close. He said No, don't apologize I'm okay and we are okay. It was very reassuring. I'm so used to being rushed by these places, but not here. Then I also LOVED that because he had to stay late, his wife sat by his side and waited for him to finish and also watched. Love a family atmosphere and just felt so cared for and relaxed. The facility was also very clean and busy, but their atmosphere is so welcoming. I can't even explain it very well on here. But when a place goes above and beyond, I love to leave reviews! And they did. Would definitely recommend.

It was $40 for both pedicure and manicure, which I think is high, given polish changes are only 10, and these little girls have almost no nails, and dont get the same type of service. Legacy is totally one of the boujee nail spas in Omaha and is thoroughly known in the suburbs of west O. There's a 10/10 chance your mom has been here AT LEAST once. Upon arrival you'll be met with a clean and bright atmosphere as well as the coolest fish tank you've ever seen in your life apart from the zoo (like honestly why don't more people have fish tanks?). There's a 50/50 chance the gals at the front desk will be nice to you, so just be prepared for anything. They also got a new front desk now that is literally 5 ft tall and me, barley making the cut, felt like I was a little person in a big persons world ** cue a picture of my eyes barley peeping over the counter like a 5 year old ** I've been to legacy multiple times before with my mom and honestly haven't liked it because my nail tech just hasn't ever done a great job, so it's definitely going to be a different experience for you solely based on your nail tech. I think at places like nail salons that's always how it is - not everyone is typically top notch and so it's a bit of Russian roulette. HOWEVER, my mom swears by LoAn, and if that's all you pay attention to in this review, then you're in luck. She is hands down THE best nail tech they have. She is extremely thorough, pays attention to every detail, shapes the nails perfectly, and just overall does everything with excellence. I think she gave me one of the top two nail jobs I've ever had done. ****** My recommendation to you is not just to walk in and get whoever they have available, but call ahead and make an appointment with LoAn. ******* The reason I gave them 3 stars was due to the compilation of times I have been here. Sadly the dip was not picking up and my nails ended up looking super grainy. She was nice enough to offer a coat of shellac to cover up the odd coloring, but it was extremely painful. My nail buds were left raw and some bloody as they removed the top coat to fix the issue. I'm really sad this was my first experience because I've heard great things and I hope this was just a one time occurrence! There was hot towels, pomegranate scrub, paraffin wax treatment, callous scrub, hot stone massage, enzyme lotion and so much massage!! The products were good quality and really made a difference! I also got a gel pedicure with mine and my nail tech helped me find the perfect color and did a very good job with shaping and nail/cuticle care! They have nice massage chairs and offered us drinks when we sat down! We didn't have an appointment but called before hand to see if they had availability and were able to sit together as soon as we arrived! It was a weekday early morning when we went tho so I'm not sure how busy they are during off work hours. Overall very clean and professional will go back!

They are pretty busy on the weekends so I would definitely recommend an appointment especially if you're with multiple people. They do accept walk-ins and have a pretty efficient check in system. They were up front about long wait times. Everything is super clean, they have TVs (no sound captions only) and low level chill music playing so you can still read or chat with a friend but aren't overhearing everyone else's conversations. I got the base pedicure and it was $40 (pre-tip) and lasted about 40 minutes. It was the best base level pedicure I've ever gotten. They were super busy but the technician didn't rush at all. He did a great job! The massage chairs were great and they adjust forward and back (hooray for the tall girlies!!!). Lots of options to upgrade if you're looking for a fancy spa like option. My feet looks and feel great (trust me I'm not posting feet pics).
