Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of what I expected from a professional company. From the start, my interactions with their Sales/Quote representative, Glenn, were frustrating and unprofessional. He struggled to hold a clear conversation about product specifications and talked over me when I tried to ask questions. When I held him accountable to the original options he had presented, he even suggested I should just go with another fence company. On two separate occasions, Glenn promised to deliver a detailed quote within 24 hours. Both times, GMH didn't deliver. They did provide an excuse by saying they were waiting on me to provide quote options for vinyl but that is not true. Glenn stated "I just bought a trailer of aluminum and had to see what the freight was" before the quote and now I understand they were trying to push me a different product than originally provided. Over all I waited over a week to receive anything. When I finally got the quote and began asking detailed questions about the aluminum fence I wanted to order, the experience went downhill quickly. Glenn seemed unable or unwilling to answer my legitimate questions and started pushing a completely different product than what was originally discussed. After reaching out to GMH with my feedback, the company showed little concern. Instead of addressing the issues, they sent me a revised quote that was nearly double the original price, claiming the fence option I wanted had been discontinued. This was a clear case of over-promising and under-delivering. Before doing business with GMH, I strongly recommend that future customers: * Carefully validate the exact product specifications and options immediately available * Ensure everything discussed (including brochure details option) is clearly listed on the written quote * Get all promises in writing I truly wanted to work with GMH and had high hopes based on their initial presentation, but the entire process--from quoting to follow-up--was filled with unnecessary frustration and inconsistency. Matthew came and looked at it and recommended a pressure treated fence to match the rest of the deck. He looked closely at it, took pictures and did an absolutely beautiful job. Matthew was always on time and finished in under a day. He also replaced a rotted handrail on the deck. It came out perfect! Beautiful Landscaping & Construction was contracted by a remediation company to come in and put the…read morepieces back together after a multilevel flood in my home. The project manager said that Anthony had done good work in the past and was confident in his skill level. But it got to a point where I wouldn't allow his crew to return. The owner of the restoration company asked if I would give Anthony a second chance to come in and complete the tile work. The bathroom floor was straightforward and came out good. But the kitchen was a bit more complex and about 1/4 needs to be torn out. I actually had to explain edging and bullnose tile to him. The pictures are just a small representation of what they considered to be finished work...they had packed up and removed their equipment. I was speechless. There was wall paint all over my cabinets and molding, molding paint all over the ceiling and walls, and gobs of joint compound. The demo crew set up a plastic containment barrier. When it was removed, Anthony's crew painted over the adhesive residue left from the tape. A breakfast nook escaped damage except for a 6-8 inch stain on the ceiling. Instead of using stain blocker, the crew slapped joint compound on the stain and painted over it without sanding. In addition to being sloppy, they clearly do not have the skill to work in old homes. Additionally, they took down the motion sensor to the security system, lost half of the unit, and hung up what was remaining. No one recalls touching it - that's a $350 replacement and installation cost. They also covered my Corian sink in paint, lost the paint covered garbage disposal stopper, used my mop bucket and left it behind covered in crap, and let tons of construction debris pile up in a pantry sink that has 114 year old pipes. The restoration company had their demo guys come in to try and clean up the mess, but unfortunately the ceilings need major remediation and I have to hire someone else to come in to clean up the poor caulking and painting. Work time was already extended at least 1 week because of mistakes and sloppiness. I got the distinct impression that Anthony was juggling a lot. Judging from the reviews, he should drop construction from his business model and focus on the landscaping.

Randy E. Wilson who is the owner and operator of Jasran Construction had very poor workmanship that…read morehad to be corrected by correctly licensed contractors on the work he actually did. He had building violations that he never corrected, did not pull all the proper permits, lied to building inspector and then didn't start or produce materials for other jobs paid in full for. Just took the money and ran abandoning paid for jobs. He did this to 3 people (myself included) that I know of, one of which he was found criminally responsible for Larceny over $250 by single scheme in the Chicopee, MA court, docket #1420CR1785. Randy also had criminal charges in Northampton District Court for the issues listed above and another individual who paid half of project with no work or materials ever produced. Randy was forced to reimburse the other individual in full via probation department, and reached a deal to pay back just under $10,000 of what he took from me via the probation department of the Northampton District Court in MA. There are now 2 complaints on license(s) of Randy E. Wilson/Jasran Construction through the state of Massachusetts, in which the investigator(s) found he failed to comply with multiple state regulations, operated without valid license, failed to pull permits & etc. The state fined Randy for both complaints.
