She not only focuses on obedience but how the relationship with your dog is the key to success and when your dog trusts you the two of you can do hard things. They were very explicit in that they would not force a pup into anything so that there would be a fear-free environment. She has been there twice. First she was apprehensive going in but when I picked her up she acted as though she enjoyed her secession.
