I heard her asking (5) other style/colorists what color and depth # to use (she should have known). When done, I had medium brown hair (different amount of brown on left side, vs. right side & with only a few highlights. I hated it and she admitted it wasn't what I asked & she shouldn't have listened to others. She offered to fix it. The next day she changed my hair to "banana" yellow, no low lights. Worst of all, all the close processing destroyed my hair. She should have told me not to get it done right away & wait a few weeks. She didn't!! I walked out & will NEVER trust someone who has to ask ALL the other colorists, what to do. They are ok in cutting hair, I'd give them a 4 if asking for something simple. But coloring is an art, and they aren't artists!!!
