I have never been to another salon that charged extra for drying your hair after the cut. And it was not as if there was anything special about the process. Unfortunately, it was the first appointment (and will be the last) I made at the salon. The receptionist asked if I wanted my hair blown dry and I said "yes" but she didn't mention that they charged extra. I didn't find that out until I went to pay. I'm sure it's not mentioned when you call to make an appointment for too many would hang up. I guess once clients know they either get their hair dry cut or catch a lot of colds in winter walking out with a wet head. And, sadly, the haircut is not worth it!

They started falling out within 5 days i was on vacation and then it was a holiday weekend so I called the very day they opened to tell them what happened and they would not do a thing for me not even fix them or a credit, nothing!! I had to pay another place 140 to fix what was done. And now unfortunately will have to find a new place to get my hair done.
