Absolutely Useless Service - Save Your Time and Call Someone Else…read more I contacted Ramos/ASAP Towing for a lockout because I accidentally locked my keys in the trunk after getting home from work and tossing my duty belt in there. A pretty simple situation, right? Apparently not for them. They arrived on scene, looked at the car, and immediately said there was "nothing they could do" to open the trunk. No effort, no problem-solving, no actual service provided -- just showed up to tell me they couldn't help. Completely pointless. After wasting my time, I called 1st Class Towing instead. They arrived and had the trunk open within seconds. Seconds. I got my keys, got back into my vehicle, and moved on with my day. So clearly the issue wasn't the car -- it was the lack of skill, knowledge, or willingness from Ramos/ASAP Towing. If you want someone to actually solve your problem, don't call them. Save yourself the frustration and call a company that knows what they're doing the first time.

I had heard some noises coming from our the Rear Final Drive Assembly on my 2019 Nissan Rogue. Josh later took the vehicle for a spin, hoisted it, checked a few things, and reached out to me about his findings. He presented me with some facts about the symptom and its remedy. He also explained to me the likelihood of other potential, very expensive drive line failures that could be imminent. He could have persuaded me to make a repair to the Rear Drive Final Assembly and taken my money. Instead, he dealt honestly, giving me the opportunity to make a wise decision based on his experienced perspective. The potential future investments involved were sobering. He did not attempt to persuade me in any way (for or against repair), just honestly told me what was happening, what was historically likely to happen next, and the costs for both. This I see as integrity. Wow, what refreshing experience. I so appreciate the integrity of the Kaz team. They have won a customer! I highly, highly recommend going to see them. I purchased a vehicle from Lakeside for $16K+. I believe they hid the failure of the Side…read moreDetection System (SDS) at the time of sale ($1400+ to fix). It is my belief, that Lakeside knowingly concealed this defect by keeping the vehicle running during the test drive and at pickup. The SDS warning can be temporarily disabled with a button. Within 5-10 minutes of leaving Lakeside, multiple warning messages appeared (Low Tire, Air Bag, Side Detection System, etc.). I immediately returned and informed Lakeside that the vehicle did not feel safe to drive. GM documentation confirms that these simultaneous error messages and inability to start the car are consistent with SDS electrical failure. Once taken home, the vehicle would only start intermittently and produced numerous electrical errors. Despite repeated requests for assistance over several months, Lakeside has failed to repair or resolve this issue. The SDS defect existed at the time of sale, was not disclosed, and rendered the vehicle unreliable and unsafe. They will not fix it or reimburse me.

When I called back to let them know they didn't mention a service fee charge being put on my card without telling me . I mentioned they can't do that and I need my money back and nothing . So not only do I have a trunk that leaks, I have bad breaks, struts need to replaced , front axels need to be replaced The rear differential needs to be serviced as well They promised to make it better and they didn't . I gave them time to make it right and they won't so here is the review you guys wanted ! Bart is a crook. Don't trust these people
