A pretty simple situation, right? Apparently not for them. They arrived on scene, looked at the car, and immediately said there was "nothing they could do" to open the trunk. No effort, no problem-solving, no actual service provided -- just showed up to tell me they couldn't help. Completely pointless. After wasting my time, I called 1st Class Towing instead. They arrived and had the trunk open within seconds. Seconds. I got my keys, got back into my vehicle, and moved on with my day. So clearly the issue wasn't the car -- it was the lack of skill, knowledge, or willingness from Ramos/ASAP Towing. If you want someone to actually solve your problem, don't call them. Save yourself the frustration and call a company that knows what they're doing the first time.
