Avoid this service department…read more The service manager lies. They scheduled my truck for service and didn't start working on it for another week. Then returned it to me with an obvious coolant leak. Within 100 miles after their repairs, I had a check engine light on and found that they smashed a connector together, bending the pins, and had to pay someone else to fix it. The service manager said he "would get back in touch with me", but never did. They are okay for tires and batteries, but if you need anything complex or involving them touching your engine, go elsewhere.

Not only is their work always immaculate but it also always reasonable priced. I have no problem trusting my vehicles with them. Nor have they ever tried exploiting my limited car knowledge to extract money from me. I have two luxury vehicles(Infiniti Qx56 and Cadillac Escalade) the maintenance on these vehicles can be outrageous at times. I've taken them to their respective dealerships to get issues checked and been told multiple times, well this needs to done, that needs tuning always major issues that need immediate attention. Then I take them to Steve for another opinion and he gives it to me straight. 'No, you don't need all that work. You may need a little of this or that nothing like the dealer says.' Every time Steve or John correct the issue, saving me $100s of dollars and never try to take advantage. Just recently the Infiniti was there for a oil change. Previously we were told about loose parts on the front wheels. They advised to get it fixed, estimated cost almost $800. Steve took the truck in looked it over and said that issues isn't there anymore. You don't need that work done. Like I said earlier I trust them wholeheartedly and was ready to pay that. Steve could have lied and took my money but he didn't. They are truly honest, ethical and trustworthy. Businesses, people like this are rare and deserve all the business they can stand. That is why I've been taking my vehicles here for close to 20 years and will continue to as long as their in business.

Steve always explains what is going on with a vehicle in need of repair, communicates well with customers and ensures they know what needs to be done without any unnecessary repairs. I trust them unconditionally with my vehicles, and even though I don't live close to them, I'll gladly make the 2-hour drive to have work done when needed.

James took my call and was professional and courteous. He told me to come right in and he would check the air pressure in each tire. When I arrived he greeted me, again very polite, he took care of me. It's people like James that can create repeat customers. I sorta feel like I was taken advantage of by the other business that does oil change only place. One of the oil technicians said he adjusted my air pressure. Originally I took my car to Firestone (who, for what it's worth, have always been great to work…read morewith as well) for a rattle and they thought it was something to do with my differential (which they don't do work on) so they referred me out to Bud & Ray's for them to have a look at it. It took a little while for me to get in (about 2 weeks) but I was really impressed with the service. Everyone was super friendly and I was able to talk to the technician who looked at my car directly. They ended up determining that I didn't need any work done and the rattle was just a loose heat shield and only charged me $25 and sent me on my way. I'd highly recommend them if you need transmission work - and - given the wait time and the fact the lot was absolutely packed when I dropped the car off I'm guessing I'm not the only one who feels that way. I really appreciated the honesty and the ease of communication (texting!). 10/10.

Finally the local dealership suggested we call Auto Source. Not only did they look at it but the fixed it in under an hour and for under $100!! They were friendly and even put cartoons on the tv to keep our son entertained. If we lived in this area we would use them for all of our vehicle repair needs.
