My friend had the parts installed but they didn't fix the problem, so she enlisted my help. Yesterday, through a series of phone calls, FaceTime and MMS messages, Charles diagnosed the problem and said he would FedEx us some new parts on Monday. I have never, ever experienced this level of personal customer service for a relatively inexpensive consumer product. These aren't just little boxes nailed to a pole but a seemingly endless variety of shapes and sizes for everything from humming birds to pterodactyls. Lots of bird baths so the avians in the houses can stay clean and cool spheres, thermometers, wind chimes, garden critters and great looking weather vanes. Even high quality basketball hoops and backboards. All kinds of things that you probably never thought of but once you see will desperately desire. Some of the stuff you can take home in your pocket, other things you need a huge truck to move. I love going here just to look around, I seem to find new things every time.
