The problem is that after they come you need to finish what they have started and it's not cheap. I had someone come just to clean my grill it's on top of my deck. When I came out to see how it was done there was dirt and grime water that dried all around the deck. So I had to spend time scrubbing the deck to try and get it off. Then I looked inside the grill grates 10 out of 10 clean. The Burners and burner covers looked good as well. The side was all around the sides of the grill were still caked with grime also the storage unit below was covered in dirty water took a long time clean the rest of the grill up. I also have a mainline connection they disconnected and never re attached. Great idea poor execution. Per the response below. I was never contacted. No one has ever offered to give me any sort of refund and or to re-clean the grill or all of the time that it took me to clean my deck and the surrounding areas. This is a classic example of someone writing a quick response, but not actually executing, which is even more poor of a business procedure than just ignoring your bad reviews. Just a month and a half after installation, the ice maker stopped working. They attempted to repair it four different times before finally discovering the issue was a faulty motor. During this frustrating process, we had to spend over $400 for a replacement refrigerator because they didn't have anything available in our original price range. On top of that, they charged us $140 for plumbing work and tried to blame us for the malfunction, suggesting it was a faulty water valve. In the end, it was confirmed to be a motor issue -- not anything we had done wrong. What made this even worse was the lack of support and accountability from the store. I had to take time off work for every repair visit, and at no point did they try to make it right or offer any meaningful help. When I shared this experience with a friend, she told me she went through almost the exact same thing and ended up stuck with a fridge that had a non-working ice maker. We will never shop here again. Supporting local businesses shouldn't come at the cost

She figured out my real needs and showed me all the options. We eventually settled on a Weber option that gave me everything I needed at a lower price point. Thank goodness for the experts at The Bar-B-Que Barn - they saved our BBQ this weekend!…read more I have an extremely old Skyline Series Weber grill, and when we ran out of propane the new tank didn't fit the hose on the grill. A trip to Home Depot yielded an adaptor that didn't fit, and with 3 hours till BBQ time, I was getting desperate. I called The Bar-B-Que Barn and spoke with one of the guys there, and when I described the problem he knew exactly what I was talking about and how to fix it. I ran over to their store in Arlington and in five minutes he had produce the piece that I needed to convert the hose on my old grill into one that would fit a standard propane tank, and even put some sealant on the piece so it wouldn't leak when I installed it. He gave me a quick tutorial on how to perform the minor surgery needed to install the new piece and told me to invest in a 9/16ths wrench and I was on my way. After arriving home, I was able to fix the grill in less than five minutes, and thanks to The Bar-B-Que Barn, when 20 guests showed up for dinner the grill was cookin'! If you live in Arlington, Cambridge, Somerville, or anywhere in the surroudning area, I highly reccomend a trip to The Bar-B-Que Barn to fill or exchange your propane tank or stock up on grill accessories! They might even offer you a hot dog fresh off the grill while you are there :)
