They seem to choose X-rays as their go to for sending insufficient billing statements to insurance knowing they can bill you a higher amount and if you dispute the bill, good luck getting an understandable billing statement from them! They don't care, they can just sell your bill to a collection agency anyway. If money is of no matter to you and you enjoy being condescended and harassed with seamlessly never ending random bills after being assured you were paid in full come here for the root canal that never ends!

I'm totally pleased with my experience(s) at Molar Bear Dental.I was interested in getting braces…read moreback in January (currently got them).Unfortunately getting braces was held back due to a lot of dental work I needed prior (removal of wisdom teeth and a number of cavities that needed care).Dr Nguyen (possibly spelled wrong) and his wife took their time and carefully took care of all the work that needed to be done before I could see my orthodontist.At the time I got my wisdom teeth removed,his then assistant was literally holding my hand during most of the procedure (had 3 taken out)! Firstly I've been her patient for a number of years. This year my Medicare plan changed and with…read moreit so did the managing Dental company within my Medicare Plan. Dr. Galiano is part of the new plan. After receiving 2 texts from her office telling me it was time for my appointment i called and was told by her receptionist that Dr Galiano did not want anymore patients from my plan even though I was an existing patient. Secondly my wife was treated by her earlier this year after a crown broke. My wife was than told that one other tooth next to the broken crown also was broken and that she needed a bridge with two false teeth supprted by two new crowns, one on each side of the two false teeth that would support the entire bridge. Cost $3600 . Since we could not afford this she put my wife on a finacing plan that she had to pay off in 12 months. Once the bridge was complete my wife was told she had 2 cavities and they would run upwords of a couple hundred to repair. I had my wife buy dental insurance and she went to a new dentist who told her she could have had 2 implants for the same cost and they would last her longer and my wife did not have any cavities. As far as I'm concerned Dr. Galeano creates work for herself. Buyer beware!
