When I went to pick it up I was handed a bill for nearly 850! I pointed out he had quoted me just under 600, he reran the numbers and said he made a mistake and had not included the diagnostic. I pointed out that customers depend on estimates to make decisions. 600 is not even close to 850. He claimed he was being generous and took 100 off the extra 250 he tried to bill me. I told him that I have not done business with a different dealership that did the same thing to me 20 years ago. I was not disappointed with the car service, but terribly disappointed in a business that does not honor its word. I will not be back unless Findlay makes this right.

When I was buying my car I noticed the coolant level was down. when I was purchasing the car they wanted to sell me an extension warranty. I said I didn't want it and I went in to sign papers I noticed that the warranty was on the total sale I said I didn't want this. the guys excuse oh sorry we must have missed understood you or didn't hear you which is b******* they knew what they were doing their crooks. I went ahead got the warranty anyways my car after the first few days was leaking. I looked in there and I was pretty sure the water pump was bad which it was it took it in to get repaired. The guy that did the work at the automotive place was very professional and got authorization from the warranty company to repair. I was going to take it to the auto credit but the salesman said are service guy is on vacation for the week so that's why I went to a different place. Then they were mad at me and said that the guy never got authorization which he did and he sent an email to the guy at auto credit that said there was not any email saying that it was authorized. so basically he was saying that the mechanic fixing the car was lying I had the mechanic call auto credit and talk to them and the guy ended up did finding the email showing that it was authorized. The mechanic that fixed my car I called in and asked if he ended up talk to him he said yeah wow what a dick he was. so all I'm saying do not do business with these guys they put on a show and they're nothing but crooks.

I actually bank in San Jose , CA at a credit union there which let me know they had a partner bank in Post Falls. I had a check to deposit and was hoping it would go trouble free. It absolutely did and the teller was super helpful as well as friendly. I believe her name was Amy. I learned I can do most of the transactions that I could do at my home branch. So glad. They also have a change machine that is free to members. Can pour in the change and convert to cash or deposit it. I like the drive up ATM service. Handy for hurried or cold days. I'm happy to have a great Credit Union to turn to being so far from home.
