I'm glad they did, because they discovered the window screens can only be removed from the inside. Did a mediocre job. Did not clean the window tracks and failed to clean up the water they dripped in our closed in area. Very sloppy work. The windows were generally pretty clean, but as they say you get what you pay for. It was cheap and the quality to match the price. read more

I would strongly avoiding Lakewood company. They had washed my house previously and quoted a price to come out again. Once they came out they did a bait and switch and changed the price. I did not agree to that since I feel it's unethical. There are many other companies out there, find one you can trust. It's not Lakewood Window Cleaning. read more

Very Underwhelmed. Small house...$270....only cleaned GLASS, no sills, no tracks, no other part of the window! I have paid less to have everything cleaned...what is the point of only glass...never had another company charge extra or not do everything. I would rather have a homeless person, who washes windows on cars at an intersection, come to my house and clean my windows than these people. Would you hire a company if they.. Didn't show up on the day scheduled? Showed up very late the next day? Dramatically changed the quoted price after starting the job? Was rude and abrasive to customers on the phone? Blane's crew did a great job with our windows. We also had them power wash one side of our house. The 2 man crew was timely and quick. Only suggestion would be to have them clean up a bit more afterwards. In a few spots, there were dust bunnies and remnants from the cleaning towels on the floors. Not a big deal as I was going to vacuum the floors anyway. Would definitely use them again and recommend them as well! read more

BEWARE of Lakewood Window Cleaning company. Let me start by saying that this is my first review of any company that has provided a service inside of my home. I like to think I am very accommodating and respectful of locally owned businesses. However, this company has a tag line that reads, "windows so clean you'll think they're open" - this could not be further from the truth. When I requested a bid from the company I specifically asked for the following to be cleaned - inside windows, outside windows, screens washed and window sills. When they first got here they attempted to only clean the outside windows and acted dumbfounded that we had agreed to everything. At one point I thought they were just taking a break but I noticed one of them (there were 2) putting supplies away in his truck. I asked if they were done and he said yes. I said, there's no way you're done - I just walked the house and there's dirt everywhere in the sills and I'm positive that the screens haven't been done yet. The manager came in and reviewed some of the windows with me. Instead of walking the entire house to address my complaints, he acted super annoyed that I would bring up the areas that I thought they hadn't done and seemed offended. He did reduce the final price by $75...so yeah me...I got to pay $270 to get to go back and clean my own windows! Here are the problems they left me with... * Screens. They claimed they "washed" my screens but all they really did was take a brush and lightly dust them and only from the inside - it was not done on both sides. Furthermore, I guarantee you they didn't do at least half of them because some of the windows actually had grass and other stuff stuck to them so there is no way they even brushed those, much less cleaned them. When I asked for "washing" I assumed they would use soap and water, or some type of cleaning supply, but no. Unfortunately, you can't see the dirt in pictures. * Window sills. I was very specific in my request to have my entire window sill cleaned. In fact, this is the very reason I hired a window cleaner - because some of my windows had insects and dirt in them that I found it difficult to get to so I wanted a professional company to clean them. They did not touch a single window sill. When I addressed it with the manager, he said that he has been in the business for over 20 years and they don't open the window to clean because they don't have vacuums and that there are zero window cleaning companies that would open the window and clean the entire window sill. At that point he was just insulting my intelligence because how absurd to say that there isn't a single company that would clean my entire window when I had a second bid for just that service. Please look at the pictures and decide for yourself if you would like to have to clean dirt, dead insects, debris and stains from your windows after paying for this service. * Broken screen part. You can see from one of the pictures that when they took the screen off they broke one of the holders. Not only did they not tell me about it but they just left it on the floor for me to clean. Classy. * Lastly, they completely skipped some of our windows and doors including our front door, which was not touched - at all! Are you kidding me? they did a fantastic job! unfortunately the weather did not cooperate, so they had to call and reschedule 4x. They were on top of it and called me whenever it was either too wet or too cold. Blane, the owner, was one of the people who came and washed our windows. He did the inside and his coworker did the outside windows. Y'all we haven't had our windows professionally cleaned in our house since we moved in back in 2011! It's now 2020, uhhh. Our house looks brand new and the sun has never looked so good. It only took them 90 minutes for a house that is approx. 4800sf. Highly recommend this company! read more
