They also allow you to choose two different flavors on a sugar cone, which some other locations (like Glendale) do not allow, they require the same flavor. That flexibility definitely makes a difference. Parking is plentiful, the service is excellent, and the ambiance is nice since you're enjoying your ice cream outdoors. I only completed the purchase because I had promised my kids ice cream, but the overall experience was disrespectful, unprofessional, and felt discriminatory. It had some sweetened chestnuts inside which was really nice. It came out hot and went well with the ice cream. They also have cookies, donuts, and a variety of ice creams as well. They also have drinks like their chestnut milk too. For soft serve they have their fuji soft serves which comes with toppings. I want to come back to try their other items. The people behind the counter wasn't the friendliest and out items took awhile. The inside is small and casual and not really anywhere to sit. But they do have seating outside. There is plenty of parking since it is on a strip mall.
