When we came in there literally was only us and one other person and we waited over 30 minutes to get help... when I say help I mean not even a greeting came our way. I found that so odd seeing as there were like 4 employees present 2 on the phone taking orders and 2 putting them together. I would think the two who weren't on the phone would say hello we will be with you shortly or something butttttt nope. Honestly the flowers were so beautiful and they wrapped them once I asked which I appreciated very much. They also gave us directions on how to keep them fresh until the next day and they totally lasted! Great flowers that were beautiful but poor customer service at least in person. They helped my two sons gift multiple Prom and Homecoming dates with beautiful corsages and wristlets. Their arrangements look identical, and sometimes more creative, than the photos they display on their website for all occasions. Katie and Leah were very welcoming to every customer entering their store. This particular arrangement was for the Celebration of Life for a dear friend who passed. Feel cheated for the cost. Should have received way more "cheaper carnations" if they were deleting the ROSE. It was on time. It wasn't dead or a mess. It had a balloon. THREE STARS max and that's generous.
